Feeling down and lonely due to my best friend leaving the company

I am working in a software company. Recently my best friend gave his resignation due to some personal problems as he would have to move from this city now. I am feeling very down and lonely due to him leaving this company and this in turn is affecting my work. How to deal with such a situation?

    HELLO SIR

This is very sad about you..!!
But you must cross this situation, to lead your career...which is must...!!
You make yourself busy in doing work, so that you can forget his presence with you..!
You must find a friend, who can take the place of your friend, atleast to some extent, so that you could move forward.
You just yell about your feelings to your nearest friend..so that you can feel comfortable...and relaxed..!!

HOPE YOU GOT THE SOLUTION....THANK YOU..!!

    Hello..

Having a good friend is a very important thing in life and you are missing your friend that thing I can understand and this this is spoiling your work but let me tell you a thing that very straightly that my friend you are having your own life , missing someone and feeling down is another thing but if you are having your own family , you have to think about them also, just because of a good friend you can't leave your future , think about your family , your dreams , your ambitions and start working for them. Sometimes it happens that we miss somebody and feel alone for few days and if these things are happening with you only for few days , then its okay but leaving your work, not having a proper attention on your work will destroy your future too and I don't think so that even your friend wants this. So time to move on, call him sometime , maintain a good relation with him but don't destroy your future.

    Thanks.

    Dear guest,

I am sorry for you. And it is so lovely to see you being so close to your best friend. Now that he is leaving, you must learn this big truth. Life may seem unfair at times but everything happens for good. If your friend is leaving then you must be happy that he will lead a better life after he is shifted. This is obvious when he leaves you! So heads up and be prepared for your other life ahead. You will also gain something better. I mean you will surely get a better friend. Good luck with that..

    Thank you...

    HI,

i will suggest Open up and talk to others.. talk to everyone where u go, just standing in line in the store, just say that comes to mind, give compliments, ask questions, people love answering questions... you have something in common with everyone you meet-- doesn't matter age, sex, race, culture.. It is quite amazing...other people want to open up and talk to..try it.

    Hello friend,

Your situation is very much understandable. The person with whom you've shared a good rapport at your workplace when is not around effects your productivity. But you have to accept the situation as this is a part and parcel of the job world. Mayble you get a good friend in your company when he is not there.
And you can always be in regular touch with your best friend. Make plans of meeting him, going out for movies or anything of this sort. Discuss his new job, your office et al.
With time you will start feeling better and not lose on anyone. Instead you will learn from this and will also be friends with more people. So don't be upset and just concentrate fully on your work.

    All the best.
