    False reason stated by female employee for leave

    My friend and I work in the same section. She had been planning to apply for leave in pretext of motherís illness. She is rather going for out of station for holiday. I have tried to explain her repercussions but nothing happened. What should I do next?

    female employees take this advantage in the professional field generally, therefore you must not react for it right now. But if in case you need to go to somewhere on leave and if your boss is not giving you the permission, then you should arise this topic and you should tell him that people take leave for the fake reasons, you not telling them anything and when Iím asking it for a genuine reson then why you are dneying it

    Dear first of all you should not care about those peoples who steals their heart from responsibilities and works because this type of peoples never gets success in your life and if you want to get success in your career then first of all you should leave worrying about anyone because no one will help you in providing better performance and if you will concentrate on your friend then how will you work good and how will you concentrate on your work to perform well and give better result in the company so that you could get promotion early

    If you wants to let your boss know about her false then you should go directly to the boss and tell them about everything that she is taking leave on the preference of mother's sickness when her mother is absolutely fine and she is not mentioning the actual cause that why she wants to go out for sometime and why she wants to leave office premises and if you boss say that you should not get involve in anyone's matter then you should be silent and let them do whatever they do and do your work

    why do you bother it don't drag your self into controversy, and don't really make enemity with your co-employee sir, leave this matter,she has no manners its very shocking that she took her mother's illness as an excuse for leave ,never play jokes/or take advantage of these reasons because how could she play these wrong reasons as excuse for having leave .she could have stated other reasons... its sad that you falsely state that mother is ill i don't even make false statements on health of parents don't even think of every one should be fine and healthy.. we should not play with emotions and parents it will harm us ... i think you should never think bad about your parents in dreams also.. better educate her about parents .. she deserves it more from you all the best

    hiii,
    this is very common behaviour of employees to take leaves. this is even common in between students. so you should not react foe this. even you should not interfare in other's matter. she is going on a holiday then it is not your problem how she manages her leaves. you must be in future will be doing the same so just relax

    I don't think that you must do any thing related to this, as this is the matter between your fellow employee/friend and the boss.

    If your boss has granted the leave you shouldn't do any thing leave it to your boss. Also it is not easy to get long leaves. As you have tried to explain her, you have done your part

    and have fulfilled your responsibility as a good fellow employee and as a friend.

    Any thing you do more in any sense will involve you in this matter and will effect you unnecessarily.

    Suppose now if you will go to your boss than he may ask you that if you knew the matter right from the beginning why didn't you told him before.

    Hello Aspirant,

    Need not worry much.It is very common in practical professional life to show some other reason in order to get the leave sanctioned easily.

    You should see & cooperate your friend so that you too can get same benefit later on.You may also need leave after some times urgently.In such situation you may have to show some false reason to get your leave sanctioned.In practical,an employee faces many sorts of problems such family problems,health problems & leave is required in order to solve such problems.At the same time the management may have shortage of staffs & in that case if you don't show urgency of the situation,you may not get your leave sanctioned.So be cooperative in certain cases where there in no loss to the company & to any one.

    Everyone has a personal life and sometimes to get a deeper touchin the personal life one ignore their profession.If your friend is doing so your duty is to warn her about the consequences if she get caught about the false reasons. You are very much right on your part and you did your duty well. Now I'd suggest you to leave her by her own to take the right decision, and thereafter whatever decision she takes, You better let her do so. Your work was to tell her about the consequences and now its completely her wish you can't do anything about it and therefore you should not concentrate on your friends problem, It'd be better if you focus on your work
