    Fake reasons given by colleagues for sick leave

    Two colleagues in my office took sick leave on same day. Some sources spotted them having fun. It is definitely unprofessional and please share a way to fix this issue.

    Hi aspirant

    Such practices should definitely not be encouraged in any company and your colleagues should better realise this before they get into some major trouble and spoil their future. It is really very unprofessional and irresponsible on their behalf and thus they should try not to indulge in such malpractices again if they want to have a good future. So what you should do is speak to them regarding this matter. In your free time meet them outside the office premises and then talk to them in detail regarding this matter.

    Tell them that you have found out that they have given fake reasons for taking the sick leave recently. They were spotted having fun by some of the reliable sources. Such kind of behaviour can be dangerous for their career. If the managemnt comes to know about it they can even lose their jobs plus this will be a bad mark on their reputation and thus they will not be getting any good jobs in future. Thus they should stop being so unprofessional and irresponsible and thus take some responsibility aso that they have a better future. This is their last warning otherwise you will be forced to report them to the manager.

    If you suspect on them about the reasons which are providing by them to get leave in the office then you should not worry about this and when they are asking for sick leave then you should ask for medical certificate from them because without medical certificate no company provides the leave from the office and if they reject to giving it then you should not allow them for any type of leave because it is really unprofessional being done by both of them and it may harm the image of your company in the market and if they do same in future then it may also ham the work and profit of your company and your company may behind in the present market so that you should implement strict rules against the leaves and tell everyone that there would no leave allowed in the office for any work
