    Facilities for females during pregnancy in an Automobile Company

    I am a pregnant working women. My work is in an automobile company in service department where the working conditions are opposite to my health. Can I ask my company to shift my sittings to some cabin area for my pregnancy period, does HR norms for working women allow this?

    Yes there are policies in the HR to provide the comfortable place and special chairs if needed for the pregnant women.
    You need to talk with the HR and arrange for the same.
    Iin the service department it is somewhat tough but you can talk with the HR for possible solutions.

    Yes there are many facilities for pregnant employees that must be given by the company.

    During this period there are also provisions like giving light work to employees.

    They also gets additional benefits such as maternity leave and leave for check ups.

    You must talk and discuss this matter with your HR

    The most and best facilty is you will get regular leaves for check ups....
    And also you will get maternity leave........in this period you will get half or full salary...........
    And also work will be reduced after 4th month and also timings will be adjusted as per convenience....

    First submit the doctor conformation certificate of pregnancy to your HR

    hello madamYou will get every assist if you are a permanent employees of any company because this type facility provide to only permanent employees.When you complete two years in working then you are entitled for claiming the facilities.when you reach in last stage of pragnancy as after six months can take paid leaves.before this period there are also provisions like giving light work to employees.They also gets additional benefits such as maternity carefully and early leaves for regular check ups.You should talk to HR department or directly to boss about your needs for taking leave.You will be joined again after recover your pragnancy.So don't worry for it.all the best
