    Expenses are not reimbursed by company on time

    I am working in a private company since last two years. I have the work of touring & travelling. I also have the mobile bill expanses & internet bills. I have sent the receipts of all expenses to companyís account department before two months, but still the expenses are not reimbursed.

    Hi,

    As you said that you have already spent 2 years in this company, so it means earlier you got the reimbursement of all the expenses. Expenses should be claimed in some time limit. You company will have some rules and regulations regarding the reimbursement of any expenses. If amount has not been credited in your acoount and if you think that its already have taken a lot of time, then ask that department that why this is get delaying. Once you will ask then about the same your all doubts will get clear.
    Each and every company have reimbursement policy. Some of them reimburse the claimed amount early or some do late, So its totally depends on the process which company follows.

    Reimbursement policy is based on the rules and regulations decided by the company. If you used to get that earlier, you can claim for the same and check status of your claim however, they still don't reply, you can meet your accounts department or ask with your boss for more details. You should also have a knowledge about new policy and rules against the same as they may change rules anytime.

    first of all ensure that you have submitted your expense as per the guidelines. It is possible that by mistake you have submitted it wrong. One more thing is that if you have submitted it wrongly then its better to talk to the manager directly before resubmitting it. One more thing is that you have submitted it correctly and still you are not getting your expense then its better to complain it to the HR manager and also tell him that this kind of behavior of company is ruining my performance as there is always a shortage of money to me. I scared to travel etc etc.

    Do not sit calmly, Go and talk to the manager

    Hello ,

    It depends on reimbursement policy of your company.Some companies may claim early

    on expenses and some companies takes time to reimburse the expenses.Otherwise check

    whether you crossed the expenses limit, if not.Make complaint letter to your HR department

    requestedly.Their you will get solution to your doubt regarding your reimbursement .

    Dear aspirant,

    It all depends upon your eligibility to get the reimbursement of the expenses involved in these head.If you have got it reimbursed previously,enquire the matter with the manger Account of your company.If it is your first time to submit the bills,be confirmed by your colleagues or the manager Account.

    It is not necessary to meet the all expenses by the company to its employee.

    So be confirmed for the reimbursement with the manager HR/Accounts.

    Dear..

    If your expenses are not reimbursed by the company on time you can do following things :-
    1. Talk to your immediate manager first and raise the issue in front of him,
    2. Tell your colleagues also and take them in your favor, If manager does not help you then raise the matter to higher authorities stating that without this expenses money our performance is getting hampered ans we are not able to do well.
    3.Raise the issue to the hr also if nothing happens

    Hi.. I surely do understand your problem and it is very sad that your company is behaving in such a way..Its very deplorable in fact for a company to neglect such important things..

    This can probably be due to less staff and high workload or it maybe sheer negligigence on their part..

    I dont think you should sit quiet and certainly take some action..

    You should talk to the HR dept or the company's high officials directly and tell them about your problem of non-reimbursement of bills and how you are facing financial problems because of it..I am sure they will do smthibg about it..
