    Hi

    no its totaly wrong.

firstly check out how many employees you have in your company.

if the total goes to 20 plus then you eligible for PF things.

and you can ask your employers about it.

you have rite to ask him about your PF.

IF STILL HE IS not ready then talk legaly with him.

    Hi,

Its absolutely wrong to deny the permissible PF amount . Employer is doing mistake . Report to the HR and ask for the same . Show the evidences of Pf deducted through your payslip . If the company doesnt give favour response then complaint to the police file a case in Consumer court that will make the company to issue back the arrear Pf amount ..

Never leave this issue simple . We have to raise voice against cheating and fraudulences . Company is sucking our money and living but why should we suffer get cheated .

Please take this to higher level and proceed

    Thanks !!!

    Dear friend,

Firstly, I would like to tell, that no employer can have right to hold EPF amount of any employee, as EPF is a sensitive thing and regulated by statutory government body, there are strict provisions and laws under Pf act of labor laws for those employers who breach the guidelines of EPF.

Well, in your case I would suggest you to approach directly to the PF office and fill form 10 c and form 19 of EPF, you can directly withdraw your PF amount without the help of your employer. Check your PF amount if you find that your employer have not contributed his contribution in your account, you can approach to the local labor commission office and can drop a written complaint, they will surely do the needful, you need not have to worry for your PF amount.

    All the best.
