    Hi friend

I think you should certainly speak to your employer regarding this. If you are working extra for your employer, then he should certainly pay extra to you. We all work for money and to earn a living and you are no exception. Your boss should not be so selfish and not only think about his own selfish motives. He should also think about the welfare of his employees as a responsibility of being the head of the company. If your boss realises his role and responsibilities then there would be no problem for the employees and also everyone would look upto him as their role model.

As for your own problem you should go to your employer's cabin and talk to him in detail regarding this matter. Tell him that you are maintaining the accounts of two sisterly concerns of their automobile company which is a very tedious job indeed. You have no problem in helping your employer out but he should also think about your welfare and thus pay you extra for doing extra work. The salary you are getting now is very less as compared to the work you are doing and so you request your boss to give you a higher salary which he knows you certainly deserve. You will certainly give your 100% to the work and make it sure that you work with full dedication and effort for the welfare of the company.

I am sure your boss will understand you if you speak with him in a proper manner. Good luck friend. Hope you get your due.
