Employer is asking me to pay to get relieving letter and if not he will terminate

My Company is in loss from 3 months and asking the employees at the lower level to leave the company. Some of them have left but I have no other option to stay back in the same company as I have left with no job offers yet but my boss is asking me to give resignation or he will terminate me soon.

    Hi,

In case there is no option....let your employer terminate you...don't put your resignation....
However, you have to understand the benefits for resignation and termination...
    [1] Regarding the notice pay
[2] Regarding other recovery as per contract of service
[3] Regarding the receivables as per contract of service...

Don't do any thing under pressure....You might be under lot of pressure..but very calm in this time.....

Under pressure you can take a wrong decisions...be reasonable and do the needful...

    Good luck..

    Hello Aspirant,

The situation is very critical. The employer recruits employees for smooth functioning of the company/office.Now when the company is running under loss & recession is on in the company, you are advised to try for another better job, otherwise you may feel difficulties when the employer terminates you.

Recession is a common process in the pvt.company, the company/employer has to pay the employees their salary from its own resources & when it is not in a position to manage the situation,no institution will help you to be in the same job with full salary.

So it is better to search another job soon. You may resister your resume to www.sarkarinaukri.com & www.monsterindia.com etc for possibility of getting earlier information of the advertisement for you.

Also be watching the employment news paper in order to know about your suitable advertisement.

    Good luck.

Dear aspirant you have stated your company is in loss from 3 months and asking the employee at the lower level to leave the company. Some of your colleague have left the company but you have no other option to stay back
in the same company as you did not get any job offers yet.But the boss is asking you to give resignation,or he
    will terminate you soon.

***There are reasons behind your termination or resignation as company is in loss from 3 months.

***For your information any employer can dismiss your job having reasons, at once paying 3 months salary or 3 months prior notices without paying salary.

***Here your boss is right now you see which is better for you resignation/relieving letter/termination accordingly you are to proceed, you see which option is viable you consult with your boss/colleague.

    Thank You,

    Dear Aspirant...

As your company is in loss, It is better to resign than to get terminated...

You will be provided with an experience certificate if you resign the job...This is the most important advantage...

You do not have such kinda advantage if you are terminated...Think twice before you come to a decision...

Remember one thing...the priority is always given to the experienced candidates in the market...you need not worry about the job...Cause you have a strong reason for the further interviews you are gonna face...

    Hi aspirant

This is certainly a very tricky situation for you and I completely sympathise with you. Your boss should definitely not behave with you in such a manner and show some sympathy atleast. He should not be interested in just his own selfish gains and should also try to see what problems the others are facing. You should not give up and try to talk to your boss once before you make a final decision regarding your future.

Tell your boss that you want to stay in this company for a little longer as you have no job in hand at this time. You have been loyally serving this company from so many years and thus you hope that he will understand your plight and give you some more time to find a suitable job for yourself and then you will surely resign. You are very disheartened that the company is facing such a bad time and hope that this phase will be over soon. You will always wish the best for this company.

I hope that your boss realises his mistake and thus gives you a chance. Good luck for your future

Re: Employer is asking me to pay to get relieving letter and if not he will terminate

As you know that your company is running in loss from last 3 months which means that the future of the company is uncertain. As the employees

are paid from the profit of the company which the company is not getting right now it is obvious that company will try to lessen it expenditure by

decreasing the strength of the employees whose work can be distributed among other employees. It seems that you are one of those employees

without which the company can manage its operations that is why they want you to leave the company. So it is of no value for you to remain in the

company as the company has clearly instructed you to leave the company.

So just having no other option regarding job you cannot remain in the company more over a termination letter would not help you in getting a new

job as compared to a resignation letter. It would be much better that you resign from the company as first of all you have all the reasons to resign

as the company is in loss, so when you apply for another job you can give the reason that why you had left your previous job. Instead if you get a

termination letter than things will change as if you apply for a new job and you get an interview call the recruiter will think that you were removed

from the company due to your fault as you were terminated from the company.

Now as you are an experienced employee you should start applying for new job as you know that these things can take time. And it would be better

that you leave the company as you don't have any future left in the company. Now a days there are many sites on internet also which can make

your job search easier and faster, so don't think about your current job and move ahead. You can also take help from your colleagues who have

already left the company they might possibly help you in search for the job and also help you in getting out of this situation.

They must not be thinking about just simply his own self-centered gets and really should additionally try to see what difficulties a other medication is facing. You should not quit and try to speak to your employer when before you make a new sound decision relating to your future.

Educate leader you want to remain in this manufacturer regarding longer as you've simply no career at hand only at that time. You've been loyally serving this manufacturer via countless a few years thus an individual pray that he's going to understand your current predicament and provide even more time period to find a proper work for all by yourself in addition to then you'll definitely absolutely resign. That you are quite disheartened the fact that clients are dealing with this kind of a negative serious amounts of pray that it phase are going to be above soon. You will invariably want the best for this company.
Since you are aware that your small business is jogging with decline via previous 3 weeks consequently the future of the organization will be uncertain. As the personnel

are usually compensated via the gain from the business which will the organization will be failing to get enough at the moment no doubt that business will endeavour to lessen the idea expenses simply by

minimizing the potency of the staff whoever deliver the results can be sent out amongst additional employees. Evidently an individual are one of the personnel

without having which will the organization can cope with their functions for this reason these people want you to exit a company. Therefore it is associated with simply no cost for you to remain in a

business because business provides evidently advised an individual to exit a company.

Hence just simply having no additional selection regarding career you are unable to remain in the organization more over a cancellations mail may not help you in finding a new

career as compared to a resignation letter. It could be superior you step down with the business as first of all you possess all the top reasons to step down

because business is decline, so when you apply for an additional career you are able to supply the reason why why you had eventually left your current previous job. Preferably in the event that you receive a

cancellations mail as compared with things will vary just like you apply for a new job and you also obtain a meeting phone a recruiter may think that you're taken out

with the business due to your wrong doing when you were being dismissed with the company.
