Employer always makes up some excuses whenever I ask him for my salary

I am working in a private company. I havenít got my salary for the past 3 months. Whenever I go to my employer and ask him for the same, he always makes up some excuses and tells me that he would be giving it very soon. But I donít think i will be getting my pending salary anytime soon. How to get my salary from him?

Dear if you have ever listen that " As you sow, so you reap" means whatever manager is doing with you and making excuses about your salary so that you should also make some real type of excuses so that manager give you your salary because he is taking the advantage of your simple attitude but you should not accept it and make a plan according to which you will not ask for salary from your manager till 7-10 days but one day while working you have to leave your work in the mid day and directly go to your manager and tell him that your mother or any other familiar has a massive disease and due to that he/she is suffering too much and is in hospital and there is no money i have to pay the bill of hospital so sir please give me my salary of at least 2 months and if they say that i will not pay more than 2 months then you should accept and get that and when you go to your house then again you should call your manager and tell them sir please give some money in advance excluding my salary because i need in urgent and i have paid the bill of hospital from those rupees which you was gave me but i need some more and arrange and fake bill and show to your manager and show more charges in the bill than required and then your manager will believe and give you your salary

    All the best

    Hi
This is a very serious issue that has to be taken care of in a very sensitive manner. You just go and try to find it out that what exactly is the reason for the delay of the salary. Because 3 months is a huge time to survive without the salary and do threat him that if he will not give the payment then I will leave the company and would file a case against him
