    Employees leaking company secrets just for earning money

    : I am the manager of a private firm. Recently it has come to my notice that some of the employees of our company are leaking very sensitive company secrets to our rivals just for the sake of earning money. This is a very shocking news to me as I used to trust all my employees.What to do in this situation?

    Yes , it is really a shocking news. Only for some extra money this is not a good deed. You can follow these things:-

    1. First, of all conduct a meeting of all your employees.
    2. Share these things openly with all your employee.
    3. Make a strict rule against this and try to have some knowledge about these things.
    4. You can also make a team , which can follow these things and can prevent to happen these things again.

    This is very serious matter. You should take disciplinary action against the person involement
    in such activity. First you should arrange an meeting with your employees and tell them the
    rumours about information leakage in workplace and set a very strong resolution agianst those
    people leaking sentitive informations to business rivals. If you have the proof you can also take
    criminal actions against those people. The matter is very serious and you should not waste any time
    at all.

    This is a very serious issue and you must need to take a fast and strict actions as soon as possible.

    You can't tolerate such dishonesty and unprofessional behavior as it can cause you huge losses in future.

    So try to find those employees who are involved in this matter, if you know who are they than it is well n good but if not than you can hire a private detective

    also so that you can have some good proofs against those employees.

    As these are very secret matters which means that all of the employees doesn't know them than you can make the list of those employees who knows these

    secrets or are involved in those secret matters meeting and thus can proceed to find the culprits.

    Once you find them immediately remove them from the job without any warning because it is possible that they can repeat this in future so you cannot take risk

    on them.

    This will also give a clear message to other employees that such things are not at all tolerable.

    Dear Aspirant,

    It is a blunder mistake being committed by the employees.It must be prevented.Be sure of the employees involved in this matter.

    You must have proof of being involved in this matter to take action against concerned one.Sack any one of them or all of them but one by one.Issue a notice period or if you have proof for the same,terminate him/her instantly.If you have no proof,you can terminate after completion of the notice period.

    If you don't take any action against the faulty employee,it will lead a heavy loss of the company resulting to be shut down of the plant/company.

    Hello Aspirant,

    It is not good to do such dishonesty work with the working company.It is a very serious matter & the culprits must be punished after identification otherwise the company may lead to heavy financial loss .

    First of all the culprits should be identified clearly.In order to do it,there must be a plan to catch the culprits red handed.

    You can trust some of the members to identify the culprits.The members must be from the administrative & management side.

    You can also call upon a meeting of all the employees & discuss the issue.Also you can call some of the suspected members in your chamber & enquire of them.Of course no one will accept it & also it is very difficult to identify the culprits.Only thing,you can take action on your guess.They may either be transferred to other unit.Also they may be sackes as per the rules in force.

    Hello aspirant,
    This is a very serious thing, so think about it on a serious note. You will have to take an action at the earliest. Keep a strict vigil on your employees. Let the very secretive information be passed on to very reliable employees only. Tell the responsible employees to keep an eye on others as they will be able to know better as to who is upto passing on information.
    Hold a meeting with all the employees of your company and ask who has been doing this. If they own up, take corrective action and if they don't, follow a properly planned out strategy wherein they will not even get to know when and where were they stalked. Under corrective action, tell them that this may even lead to loss of their job if they continue with this. This kind of a threat has to be made use of because of the mistake they have been making.

    now you realize about the employee doing a cheat with company for earn money
    It's very bad that employee leaks the company secret just for earning money.
    It may possible that there are many disadvantage to company due to that.so you should have to take strictly steps against such type of employee.


    Solve the problem employee

    --> Arrange meeting with all employee
    --> Tell to all about this & try to understand what are the disadvantage to company as well as employee
    --> Give strictly warning for doing such type of cheating in future
    --> Make a secret team to whom you trust a lot & try to know which employee are doing such type of cheating
    --> Give very strict warning & if possible then give leave letter to them
    --> if possible then recruit new employee instead of such cheater employee


    In the company , employee should have responsibility and rights toward company so that company will progress more and more & employee also gets benefits from that.

    --> Employee should have respect towards company , company's member , workers etc
    --> Employee should be honest
    --> Employee should have work ethics
    --> Employee should good skill , self motivation skill etc.
    --> Employee should be capable to solve the problem in critical sitiation , having team work , positive attitude.
