    Employees complaining about the rudeness of the manager. What should I do?

    I am an owner of a small private company. Recently some of the employees of my company submitted a petition of complaint against the manager. They have stated that the manager is being too rude to them. What should I do? What step should be taken to deal with this situation?

    1. First , meet all your employees and talk with them and find their problem.
    2. If they are really unsatisfied with the manager , then assure them that you will take action.
    3. Have a serious talk with the manager and discuses about this topic.
    4. Make him understand , his mistake and tell them not to do such type of behavior with employees.
    5. Try to maintain a strong relation between manager and employees otherwise it will affect your work.

    If you don't find proper reason than you guide him in proper direction, also give him a warning in light way and tell him to be good to the employees and show strictness only when it is

    necessary.

    Tell your employees that you have talked with the manager and also instruct the employees according to situation so that they don't feel much free and the discipline of the office

    remains intact.

    well you must consider the case with full attention. check out for every detail first .
    and if your manager id found guilty then you must take an action against him.
    as he is being rude it must have been very difficult for the employees to work properly.
    you must take an action against him and tell him to behave properly
    this must be threatening your employees too
    so do take action after knowing the truth of the case.

    he should be polite to all the employees and understand their feelings .

    As you are the owner of this private company so you would have to manage all these matter.

    First of all you should meet the manager and explain him all the situation and also tell him about the petition submitted by the employees against the manager.tell him that if he won't change his attitude then thing will become worst and he would have to take some action against him.

    Explain him that being polite to employees is always good ,tell him that if he will respect them then they will also behave properly and also they will work properly and increase the productivity.

    You are owner of the company.As you have received a petition against the manager you have to take the necessary action on it.the employees are unable to tolerate the manager as he behave very rudely with them it creates a major problem for them to do their works.So you have to talk to that manager.
    Explain him about the situation that you are facing.
    If he cannot understand the mistake done by him then tell what mistakes are by him,to the employees.try to maintain a good relation ship between the employees and manager.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Get ready a show cause letter with the help of some of the capable employee or make it ready your self,mentioning the same in the letter.You should give 3 to 5 days time to submit the explanation.Also you should mention the warning words in case of failure of submission of explanation in time.

    Now call the manager to your chamber,ask him orally about the matter & show the complaint letter to him.Listen to him what he replies.Lastly hand over the explanation letter to him & ask him to submit his explanation in time.

    Depending upon the reply of letter,you can proceed further.If he apologize & assure to improve his behaviour,you can give him chance to do so.If he does not admit his fault,you should see his nature & role for the company.If he is good in your knowledge with respect to the company & behaviour,you can support him & convince test of the employees to work well.Also you should see what mistake the manager
    has committed with the employees so far.There may be conspiracy to blame the manager.So you should see all the factors associated with the matter.

    • In order to do any work, directions from manager and support from employee is always, so co-ordination among them is necessary.
    • If every employee is having a issue with manager then matter is serious and it need to be handled politely.
    • Firstly go through the issue and also confirm whether manager is really rude always ?
    • If it's confirmed then you need to call that manager and ask him to change his behaviour and work coordinatively.

    Respected sir owner appoint manager to manage entire staff and department working in the company or organization and there are some specific rules and responsibilities for the managers that are implemented on time and if we see then the real duty of manager is that to manage and establish very good, friendly and comfortable atmosphere then all the employees will be happy and praise the manager and that leads the company well in market and find development and enhancement in the profit

    If manager of your company is behaving rudely with all the employees who have complained of manager and requesting you to take legal action against this and before taking any action directly you should make it sure that is that really going on in office or not so before that you should call those employees who have complained about the behavior of manager then ask them after getting face to face that what didn't you like in the behavior of manager then they will explain and if you make it sure that they are right then you should call to the manager

    Just call him to meet in your office personally and call those employees who are worried about the behavior of that manager then you should say that I have got the complaint against you by these employees that you are not behaving good with anyone in the office and each of the employees is worried about your behavior and want to leave the company due to your attitude so what did you do with them then manager will say sorry to you because he know that he is wrong at this part and there is no argument that could save him so do not accept sorry and say to your manager that say sorry to all the employees and promise them that the same thing will never happen again in office premises because if we loose any employee then you do not know that how much income we would loose so think about it and employees are the best at their place just increase your behavior in right way and surely you will get the satisfactory performance from the side of manager because a right conversation can solve this issue and if you will be rude with the manager or punish him then nothing you will get in future
