    Employee using official information with others

    In our professional industry where I am working a minute data of customer is valuable and priceless. One of our employees is mis using certain data as selling them to other competitors in return of money. But he never got caught. How can be this informed to higher authorities for taking some action against this?

    Hello,

    What your colleague has been doing is illegal in one way,and he has no right to do so.In order to complain against hime,you need to gather some concreate evidence otherwise your complain may not be entertained.And if such happens,you and your image will be spoiled,and your job may be put at stake.If you can gather evidence from the company where he is connected with and selling those datas,you can put it against him.But this is not an easy task.Consult with any other close colleague of yours and see if he/she can help you in any way.But without any proper evidence,do not take any risk that might put your job in danger.

    If even your customer's minute data is so important that it can lead to some kind of trouble for you as well as the customer if leaked, then I think you must certainly inform such kind of happenings to the higher authorities and get that employee punished who is leaking such sensitive information of your customers to other companies just for money. If he has no responsibility and loyalty towards your company, then even you should not care about him and get him the punishment he deserves so that he learns a lesson for the rest of his life. Then he will never cheat anyone in his life.

    You should go and talk to your higher immediately as this matter requires immediate attention. Tell them that you have proof that one of the employees is leaking sensitive information of their customers to other companies for money. He should be immediately terminated from his services as he has become a threat to the company's future. I ams sure your management will take the necessary action and thus your problem will be solved and such a big burden removed from your shoulders.

    first of all you get insured that, the employee really doing such corruptive activities.
    if yes, than try to get all the details about the employee like :-
    whom he is selling the information,how much amount he is getting from the dealing company,
    what kind of date he is selling.
    what is the method of selling data that is, how he send those data??
    through email, hard-copy or soft-copy.
    if you get all the details. than inform the company with all the valid proof.
    if you are not able to give the proof at a time ll of them will doubt on you.

    so, be careful.

    Dear Friend!

    Company's higher authorities have right to take any information any time which done by you. If you have missed any information by mistake please immediately inform to your higher concern team regarding the issues by written or through email asap without any hesitation. Your boss may scold you "How its happened" please tell them And please be sure and try to overcome such kind of fault permanently from your end. and apologies for the fault and never happen in future same issues.

    This is a crime against a Companies act 1956
    Keeping secrets of valuable customers is companies duty.
    You can bring this information to board of directors.
    You can also make a written information to manager.
    Its your responsibility also

    This is a case of sheer breach of the fundamental rights of the customers. The consequences of doing such a thing can be grave. They will bring a bad name not only to the company but also to the customer. The employee is not realizing the mistake that he is comitting. If by any chance any of the customers finds out that what he is doing with their personal information then he can be taken to the court of law. this will lead to the comapny terminating his services at once. At the same he will not find any job elsewhere. Bad work spreads across like fire! In today's world it is not feasible to be jobless. The expenses of every family are such that losing a job can be a nightmare for any person.

    The employee is showing complete lack of farsightedness by just seeing the amount that he is getting by selling the personal information of the customers to other competitors. You shouls definitely report this matter to either your manager or the Human Resource Department. This will make sure that the matter is curbed down and the employee when given a threat to leave his/her job will discontinue doing such unfair practices.

    You should bring the issue in front of the manager after talking to the employee who is indulging in such malpractices. This might be of help. You should stress on the fact that it will not only harm the reputation of the company but also of himself.If the customers find they can drag you to the court of law.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Unless & until,you can have any proof against any employee,it is not good to report to your superior authority for taking action.You can report to make some necessary arrangement so that no one can enter your section or chamber without your permission,expressing the fact that it seems some one is involved in selling the official data to some other company & geting money in lieu of it.

    If your superior authority thinks,it is good to be done ,it may be done at the earliest otherwise you need not worry much for this thing.Just concentrate in your duty & perform well.

    No employee has the right to sell confidential information to the organization's rivals in the market.
    Employees that do such things are called Rebels.
    Such employees can prove to be very fatal for the development of the organization.
    I will suggest you to try and collect a proof of that employee's misdeed.
    Once you have the proof with you,then rush to the higher management and present the proof before them.
    And it might so happen that you may be rewarded for this work.
    So get to the work and try to collect proof.
