Employee safety rights against irritative employee?

There is an employee in my office at sales department. He is so irritative that everyone is avoiding talking to him. But our employer is not at all worried or concerned about that as the former gives him number of sales more than anybody does. But that doesn’t mean we will suffer. Please suggest some employee safety rights against this.

We all know that sales department is one of the toughest places to work on.

You can't do anything about it through the management as he is the one who is giving much number of sales than any one else.

This means a lot in sales department.

You can only avoid him limiting your talks to professional level ,as you can't openly fight with him due to competitiveness and the nature of this field.

Just focus on your work and try to get better results than him as these things can only increase your power in this department.

    Hi Friend,
As you are aware company makes his most revenue out of Sales department and person in this subject is meeting his numbers, this means a lot for company.Company would never like to loose this type of person who is directly contributing to the revenue.

But always you or your team can speak to the HR so that they will be guide the person on work ethics.

Please maintain a professional and healthy atmosphere and involve your HR where you feel it is against work ethics.

    Regards

    Dear Aspirant,

Your question is very unique. The employer appoint the persons for sake of company. The employee who is irritative & more productive for the company. In this case he might have been very busy in his works. His aim seems clear to be more productive for the company. To my mind,It is better to have minimum cnotact with him.You have to talk very diplomately. If you appreciate his work,he may not get irritation with you.You should concentrate on your own work & should be least worry for this thing.

    Thanks.
