Drunk drivers for dropping night shift female sub editors

Our company cabs are driven by drunk drivers who drive rashly. As a female colleague, I scared to death over the issue of my security. Should I have a word with head office resident editor as it is too risky? I cannot quit the job either. Please suggest a way out.
