Double amount is deducted from my salary for the loan I have taken

I had taken loan on my salary account from my company. I had told them to deduct Rs.3000 from my salary. I get Rs.13000 salary. But they are deducting Rs.6000 from my salary. I had already informed that it will be difficult for me to manage with this salary. They agreed too. But now they are deducting double. What should I do in this case? They are not ready to listen to my word also.

    Hi friend,

This type of problems we are seeing with every loan taken persons.
But don't worry you can resolve this problem by following steps.
---> Immediately consult your company department and know what is the problem and ask them to repeat again.
---> This may due to technical or man made mistake.
---> Immediately contact the bank on which you taken the loan and write the complaint letter to bank manager.
---> If bank manager respond your money will be return will soon yo your bank account.
---> Write a letter to your company for don't repeat this problem again and again.

This is also a benefit for because you can save the simple interest. So,ask the bank to don't debit salary in coming month.

    Thank you............

Hi..This is certainly wrong and is surely going to affect you financially especially in today's time of high prices so you certainly should do something about it ..

First of all you should try to find out the reason why your company is doing such a thing when you have informed them clearly how much amount to deduct from your account..Whether your company is doing this due to some mistake or there is some other reason behind it..Also check out the rules and policies of your company regarding the loan you have taken and see if you can find some solution..

Then after collecting the desired information, you go to your manager or your HR dept and speak to them directly and tel them that double the amount is being deducted from your salary of what was promised to you when you took the loan..Speak politely firstly but if they dont listen try to make them listen to you by speaking firmly but try not to speak rudely..Tell them with such meagre salary you cant manage your finances.. I hope that they will listen to you..
Even if necessary file a complaint against them..

    Good luck.. Thanks

    Hi friend,

I will suggest you to contact the company's account department and tell them the same thing.

This might be happening due to some technical error or there might be some kind of miscommunication between the employee in the Account's department!

I'm sure they'll sort out the error.
If required, you can give them a written application!

    Best of Luck!

This is definitely wrong and also is definitely about to impact an individual fiscally especially in today's time of high prices this means you surely will need to take action.

Firstly slowly change figure out the reason your online business undertaking this for those who have up to date all of them clearly the amount of be write off from a account..Whether your online business doing this resulting from a few miscalculation or even at this time there is a few additional cause for it.Also read the principles and also policies of the business with regards to the financial loan you'll have taken and also try to obtain a few solution.

After that immediately after accumulating the specified data, an individual see your manager or your HR dept and also speak in their mind directly and also tel all of them in which increase the total is now being determined from a pay associated with what was stated to you once you took your loan.
Talk without sounding rude for starters but when they dont listen closely try out to be listen closely to you by simply chatting completely but try not to speak rudely..Tell them with this sort of meagre pay an individual can not take care of ones finances. Hopefully they'll focus on you. Even when required record a new problem towards them.
You'll find business policies and all sorts of your reductions are built according to them. Make sure you experience all of them and also once you obtain that your calls for are generally in the catering company policies. Make sure you create a new send to HR requiring to take into consideration ones ask for to write off the total specified by you. Generously speak about the insurance policy tip which in turn justifies ones request.

    Hello friend,

It is so sad to hear that the company is deducting Rs.6000 from your salary in spite you had already informed that you it would be difficult for you to manage with this salary, and they had also agreed for the same.
it is really very difficult to manage with this amount of salary.

For this you should contact to the company's account department and explain him all the situation.

There might be the possibility that there may be might some technical error also there might be some miscommunication.

    All the best
    Thank you.
