In government organisations the basic pay is not based on the place you are working in.

It depends on the position you are working in according to which salary structure is decided.

Based on the grade as a teacher your salary would be decided.

There can be minor variations in it but normally it doesn't happens.

If with your salary you get additional benefits like TA/DA or any other allowances than it can change according to place you are working in.
