    Does salary packages affected by stability?

    A hike in salary does really depend upon the stability or the performance of the employer? Usually the hikes in salary are based according to tenure of employee but if in short period the employee performs well then why donít they clear the criteria of being eligible of prior appraisals?

    Hi..I do really think that the hikes in salary depends upon the stability or performance of the employee rather than his work period..If the employee has worked in the company for long enough but his performance is not upto the mark, then i dont think that he will be eligible for any hike or appraisal but if hes working hard and showing full dedication then for sure he will be considered for salary hike and appraisal..

    So i think you should work hard, try to benefit your company in one way or another and most importantly maintain good relations with your manager and HR..Then in the long term you are surely going to benefit from this and will surely get a good promotion and salary hike..So dont worry about such things ..If you have the calibre and show full dedication towards your work, then your seniors will certainly notice your potential and i am sure you will be bestowed with appraisals and good rewards..

    Just keep on working and you will surely get the rewards..I hope you understand friend..Good luck and Thanks
