    Does HR policies and labour laws in India and abroad vary?

    I wanted to know that HR policies and labour laws here in India vary to that of abroad? What are the basic differences in employment conditions? And if differences are there between the two then what is reason for such differences?

    There are two types of Labour law and policies. One is according to any country and another
    is international labour law. Labour law of any country is announced according to the guideline
    of International labour law. But any country make it according to there country demands and
    situations. Just they need to follow some guide line by International labour organization. That
    means It vary country by country.

    India. So just go through it for understanding it more.

    Dear friend,

    Generally all the labor laws in a country are based on the guidelines of International labor Organization (ILO) , but still they do vary if the country's environment demands for the same. These differences may occur on a legal, political, environmental, cultural grounds of differences in that particular country.
