Does experience matters in campus placements when doing higher degree course after leaving previous job?

I have experienced many cases in which a candidate done engineering has left his well established job to do further higher studies. Please guide me that are any differentiations made at the time of campus placements in candidates having good experience and those who donít have any?

    Hello,

It varies from individual to individual. If you believe that higher studies is needed for your
career enhancement and it will give you very good pay package then you should pursue your
higher studies. But if you are satisfied with your job then you don't have to leave your job.

    Bye,

    Dear Aspirant,

The time, interest & situations prevailing with a human being are the major factors to get success & rise in life. Many students continue their studies till the last degree is achieved i.e Ph.D,but others join jobs for one to two years after graduations & then go for higher studies like M.Tech or MBA.If the situation prevailing with the students are satisfactory & have interest for higher studies, they may continue in studies even after B.Tech or others & if the students are not interested for higher studies, they join the job & when they realize that it would have been better to have continued for their higher studies, they quit the job & again join the higher course.

If the studies are continuous, they may be preferred for campus selection & also the students with experience & studies in continuation may be preferred for job.But it is hardship to join job & then go for higher studies.

So to my mind it would be better to complete your studies & then start your career.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hello..

Friend, yes it matters a lot. Experience is a thing that implies that you are having some practical knowledge. Studying in any college only gives you the bookish knowledge and that is on the starting point of any job requirement nothing else, but if you have worked practically you will some some extra and real problems and that why company prefer such guys who have some experience and in that way they have such employees who know how to manage a team , how to develop work , how to create profit etc etc. So my friend experience matters a lot in these days, if you are thinking for a good job.

    Thanks.

Yes friend, Definitely the experienced candidates are given preference than the non experienced ones. In case of campus placement also the companies will consider the candidates with experience to be the former choice than those who don't have it. The experienced candidates are having the knowledge to handle situations and the procedure to proceed the work thus this boost there scope much more. So if you are thinking of pursuing a course leaving your job then you should go up with it.

    hello friend,
its totally depends on you and if you are willing to do higher studies then happily go for it and make sure that you will do good in your studies.
next one is a job.if you are not able to continue your higher studies as your lack of interest or having some financial problems then its better to opt for job and have a good life.
next option is earn while studying and this will be good option.there are number of plenty of part time jobs now a days and you can do a small job and can continue your studies by having that money.
this learning experience will fetch you knowledge and this will help you in getting a good job in future.
    thank you.............
