    Does agreement system apply for every kind of job?

    Usually no such kinds of agreements are done for normal job profiles. But I wanted to clear that are there any regulations in HR concept which says itís a compulsion to fill job agreement before joining any company to have a legal record?

    Your question is not so clear...but what I understand from the question is that in addition to the Appointment letter signed, you are referring some other agreement...
    Yes there are some grade to whom in addition to the appointment letter some agreement needs to be signed separately....

    Appointment letter is one kind of legal agreement that bounds employee as well as employer...

    Dear Aspirant,

    As you might be knowing that the rules are framed in order to smooth running of society.When there is no rule,there won't be a civilized society.When there is no civilized society,there is no proper life.Like wise,terms & conditions are framed by the company/govt.in order to smooth running of the company/office.The terms & conditions are to be followed by both the employers & employees.

    In fact there are every where terms & conditions both for employees & employers.It is governed as to termination,resignation & others factors.Also it is connected as to benefits & perks for employees.

    It is mandatory every kind of job follows agreement system until & unless you sign all documents regarding job you can not claim that you are an employee of that concern.So, whenever you sign this agreement you must read before signing.In GoVT. job you are to sign at any time authority can dismiss you paying 3 months salary in advance,similarly you are bound to take transfer at any place of India.Beside you can submit your resignation
    to the concerned authority along with three month salary in advance and quit the organization.

    Without this agreement no employer will give you employment, before employment you are to sign offer letter then lots of official documents.This agreement system is good not bad for all.To the employee as well to the employer.Without reason and permission you can not submit resignation and can not join in a good company without notice.
