Do we need to appoint a counselor for an organization? Will it impact on the employee’s sustainability in the company?

I am working as an HR in one of the small companies. We have around 2000 employees in our office. Our director has arranged one counselor for our company to improve the efficiency of the organization. I want to know whether it is ok to keep a counselor for an organization. Will it impact on the employee’s sustainability in the company?

Hi. I think employing a counselor will be beneficial for the company and will not harm the sustainability of the employees in any way.

A counselor can understand the mindset of your employees and help them to improve their work efficiency. I think this will only help the employees rather than being a deterrant in thei career.

A conselor would help your employees understand the nature of their work and that of the organization better and also help them to improve their aptitude.

    Best of luck. THanks
