    Do we have to submit the job appointment letter again in the company?

    Just attended the off-campus placement near my place and got selected in one of the leading company, so they gave me the job appointment letter by then. Do I have to bring the original copy of the letter to company while joining? Is it like we have to submit it as proof or so? Can you please provide me the details? Thanks.

    hello dearit is compulsory that you should go to company alongwith all-educational certificate-work experience certificate-and the original copy of appointment letters.because appointment letter is original and valid proof of your selection.so carry these allbest of luck

    Hi friend .Firstly my Heartiest Congratulations to you for getting your job and that too in one of the leading companies..Getting job has itself become very difficult now-a-days and to get job in a leading company shows your effort and hard work. So congrats for that. I think you should first get your joining letter xeroxed and take both the original and the xerox along with you on the date of your joining.

    Certainly you have to show your joining letter as a proof of your appointment as an employee of the company on the first day. Go to your HR first and ask him about the procedure. Preferably give your xerox copy of the joining letter as a proof if you are required to submit it. Keep the original with you. Most of the companies require you to submit your joining letter as a proof of your being an employee of the company but most of them dont take your original documents. So clear this matter with your HR and submit the original letter if required.

    Also ask on phone a day or two before if you have to bring some other documents along with this on the first day. But i dont think you have to take anything else along with you on the first day and if required you can certainly submit them later on..

    Hello friend,
    yeah you need to carry original and a copy of your offer letter when you go for the joining .this comes under the document list which you need to submit when you go for joining .along with it they will require photo copies of all certificates for educational proof along with originals.PAN card,passport for ID proof.
    college leaving certificate and your photos.
    they do all these things to check the frauds from entering the company.
