    Do shopping malls also have HR for their company?

    Shopping malls like Big Bazaar and various other malls are working on large scale and they have large no of employees. Do these shopping malls also have HR for their company? Do they also have rules and regulation like other companies? Please guide us in this.

    YES all retail outlets like Big Bazaar, Pantaloons etc have HR team.
    Normally in these types of work HR team is based at the regional offices.
    Like the HR team for whole of East India would be based in one city may Be Kolkata

    YES these companies also have all the rules and regulations like any other company

    When you join this comapny your interview is taken by store Manager and also by the HR team.
    So if you have any issues than you can contact the HR team, which may not be based in your city of work.
    You can always contact the HR team through emails or Phones.

    Hello dear,yes of course shopping malls have HR for their company as it is business organisation.As you know that shopping malls have lots of employees who are working for their organisation in various branches.

    So in order to select the best employees they must have HR to recruit them and also they have to keep all the information about the salary of those employees , problems of the current employees which only a HR can do.

    So must have HR in their organisation for the smooth running of their business.

    YES SHOPPING MALLS ALSO HAVE A HR MANAGER .

    HR MANAGER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECRUITING EMPLOYEE FOR THEIR ORGANISATION.

    SHOPPING MALLS LIKE BIG BAZAR , PANTALOONS THEY ARE UNDER FUTURE GROUP . THEY RECRUIT EMPLOYEE FOR THEIR MALL AND THE EMPLOYEE ARE ON THE ON ROLL ON THIS GROUP.

    LIKE OTHER COMPANIES SHOPPING MALLS ALSO HAVE RULES AND REGULATION.

    HR Coordinate with the Training and Development department for the improvement of staff work skills.
    Liaise with external recruiters to meet recruiting needs
    Assist the higher management in HR department to recruit executives.

    Shopping outlets like Big bazaar etc are also registered organisation. Some outlets are registered under the companies act,1956 and some under any other act. In that outlets also HR team is appointed in order to manage the employees. HR performs the same task as he performs that in other companies. He appoints the efficient employees, solves the grievances of the employees, passes the suggestions of employees to the higher authority, manages the work, and maintain good employer-employee relationship. Outlets also have the rules and regulations, everyone need to follow the same.
