    Dear Aspirant,

Follow the terms & conditions of your appoitment to the present company in order to resign from the job.

If you don't want the experience certificate,it is all right, but some company get some bound before giving the joining letter.

In that case if the employee leaves the job without fulfilling the bound, the company may take action by informing to the next employer & reporting to the administration for discipilinary action.

So see the terms & conditions of your appointment & follow it.

    thanks.

    hi friend,

you have said that you have joined the company one month back and now you want to leave the company.

the problem with not serving the notice period is that if you do not inform your company higher officials it would be a problem to you as while joining that company you have agreed to the company's terms and conditions and if you leave the company without any prior notice it would make them to take a legal action on you.

So if you dont like the work environment then you can talk to your higher officials and can make them understand what you feel and leave the company, which would be good for you.

Or else make use of any problem that you are facing staying in that place or say them that you want to leave for your hometown anything else, so that you can get rid of that company.

hope my suggestion helped you in solving your problem

    all the best

    thanking you....

Hi. First of all Congrats for your new job )

I think it will be good if you serve a notice period because it will help your previous employers to recruit someone in your place in advance. So keeping this in mind u should serve them the notice period.

Notice period is generally given in advance to get an experience letter. If you dont want an experience letter its ok but keeping others interests in mind u should serve the notice period. Also this will reieve you of your tension and Dilemma.

Hoping this will solve your query. Best of luck for your future. Thanx )

the problem with not serving the notice amount is that if you are doing not inform your company higher officers it might be a tangle to you as whereas connexion that company you have got in agreement to the corporate's terms and conditions and if you permit the company with none previous notice it might create them to require a proceeding on you.

therefore if you dont just like the work setting then you'll consult with your higher officers and may create them perceive what you're feeling and leave the corporate, which might be smart for you.

as an alternative create use of any drawback that you simply face staying therein place or say them that you simply wish to depart for your town anything, so you'll get eliminate that company.

you will not just like the setting of recent company hymenopteran you must have tried to affix the new organization when one month then you have got submit your notice amount latter to your company. if you do not serve notice amount you wont be able to be a part of that company in future. however if you tolerate and serve the notice amount it'll higher.
Notice amount is usually given ahead to urge associate expertise letter. If you donít wish associate expertise letter its ok however keeping others interests in mind u ought to serve the notice amount. conjointly this can receive you of your tension and perplexity. however if you tolerate and serve the notice amount it'll higher.

one month that you simply have worked than you are doing not ought to service the notice amount
however if future company has given you time to affix it than you'll service notice amount here

however if they need asked you to affix straight off than in fact you can not service the notice amount
conjointly in your gift company what's the rule for serving notice amount you may not just like the setting of recent company hymenopteran you must have tried to affix the new organization when one month then you have got submit your notice amount latter to your company.
If you permit the work in positive approach then you must serve the notice amount of at lest one week notice. My recommendation to you that you simply ought to submit your notice amount of two week therefore you have got right to affix new organization and also the company couldn't claim on you.

    Hi,

If you have already got the job in the new company, and donít need an experience letter for this entire 1 month then in this case you can left the company without serving any notice period. But please keep in mind that once you will do the same, you will get blacklisted for that company and will never get the job in future in that company.

Leaving the company without serving the notice period is not a right decision as it may lead to legal action against you and it may effect your future. The intimation of leaving the company must given before 1 month -2 month as it differs from company to company. If you won't serve the notice period then they won't relieve you from the company and your's orginal documents and secruity amount (If any deposited) will be forfeited. The serving of notice period may not be necessary from the experience letter point of you, but if you leave the company, then the work of your post get blocked until and unless the new employee is appointed. Appointment of new employees always has a cost. So in order to maintain the good relation with the company and not to face any legal action, you must serve the notice period.

Re: Do I need to serve the notice period for one month of job?

    Dear..

You do not have to serve the notice period as you have worked only for a month there and your experience for this one month will not get counted. If you feel like working one more month then you should work otherwise leave it.

You can abscond from the job and stop going to the office. They will call you or mail you to ask why you are not coming then tell them some valid and strong convincing reason of leaving that job and after that tell them that due to this problem i can not come to the office any more.

If you want to earn one month salary then you should go otherwise leave it.

    Cheers...!!!

    Hello Sir,
you have just worked for 1 month so that experience does not count at all,so there is no need of demanding experience letter.
and as you want to leave so early you can leave without experience letter and you wont have any problem.for any other job you need to show the last 3 yrs experience and you can say the last month you were on break ,dont need to mention anything about the company you just want to quit.
Join the company you want to join and best of luck.
    thank You

Re: Do I need to serve the notice period for one month of job?

    Hello

If you dont like the working environment then you can leave that job.

But before doing this you should be fully aware of the company policy and the terms and conditions.

If you have signed any agreement then go through it carefully.

before leaving the job you should be clear about all the rules.

If not then this might follow you up .

Once you get a clear idea on company's policies then you can be sire on what decision to take.

You can approach your HR or any higher authority and get it clarified.

Do not carry over any problem with you as it will affect your career.

If the company asks you to serve the notice period and you have time before joining the new company you can do the formality.

if you dont have time then you can discuss this matter with them clearly

    Thank you

    HELLO SIR

As you told you worked in that company just for one month..there is no need to work for notice period..but you may or may not get the salary. If you are ok with that, you can leave your job, and join the other. There is no rule that you cannot leave the company with out getting in to the notice period. And this applies..if you want the experience letter from your company. Here you don't need to have the experience letter for one month..so no problem..you can leave the company.

HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION..THANK YOU..HAVE A NICE DAY..!

If you do not need an experience letter of the current company then you no need to serve notice period of one month. As in the next job you can show the previous company's experience letter as you have not worked here for more then 1 month so you can say i have some work at my home for last 1 month and join the company.

the other thing which you keep in your mind is keep the settlement with you current company so that if in future if you join that company again you are not black listed in that company.

Re: Do I need to serve the notice period for one month of job?

Notice period is actually the period in which the company which you are leaving search for the candidate which will work in place of you.

As you are telling that you need to serve for one month notice period, following these instructions depends on the terms and condition's you have signed with the company.

If the conditions include that you have to serve for one month period if you leave the company than you have to work for that period.

If you don't work for that period than the company will take actions as per the bond signed by you. So before taking any decisions you must first go through that bond which you signed

with the company. If you are comfortable with the actions that might be taken as if you don't serve for that period than you can leave the company as per your wish.

Also you can ask to the employer of new company about your situation regarding the notice period. He is also running a company and will understand your problem.

Re: Do I need to serve the notice period for one month of job?

Yes dear you will have to complete notice period of that company because there is no matter that you have worked only for 1 month in that company, you have worked and if you has worked for 1 week then also you would have served notice period of that company because this is in the rule of professional world and if that company got your sign on any type of contract in which you will have to complete your notice period if you wish to leave the job then you have to do that but if you did not sign for any type of such papers etc. then you do not need to serve your notice period because you are independent but the fair thing is that you should go to current company and complete your notice period and try to make a very good image in that company because you are going to leave your job in that company so try to be so fair and dedicated in your work

    All the best
