Do I have to pay something if I get terminated from my job?

I recently came to know that I will be terminated from the company by next week because of breaking rules, now I donít know what to do. Will they ask me to pay something if I get terminated from the job? or they will just cut me out? Why they have to terminate just for braking some rule? Please give your suggestions.

Breaking rules means a lot buddy, discipline is a must in every company and it should be maintained by every employees. Since you are sure you broke the rules set by the company there is nothing to complain. Don't worry you don't have to pay any kind of fines or whatever. There is no point in paying to the company for getting terminated. Next time follow the rules set by your employer and be safe.

Dear aspirant-rules are obvious regarding termination or resignation, whenever a prospective candidate get a better chance to another company then either employee or hiring company have to compensate the company where you are serving maxmimum 3(three)months salary the present company can demand as per rules, custom.

Similarly as per statement whenever an employer resolves to terminate for any reason any employee employer has to compensate to the terminated employee max.amount 3(three)months salary.so,as per your statement you must not pay, your employer has to pay as compensation to you.ok

    thank you,

    Dear..

If you have broke some rules then you can write for a apology letter to the company. You can tell them that by mistake i have done this and i will not repeat it again. By this they might forgive you and give you one chance because no company terminate directly without a warning so there are chances that you can survive.

They will not ask you for any amount as you are not leaving the job and the company is terminating you. They will just terminate you directly.

But its better to write a letter before HR takes any action as by this you can save your job.

    Hope it will help

    Thanks

    Dear friend,

Your company will not remove you directly as generally they give you a warning and in your case no warning is given to you. Now coming to your question if they have terminated you then you do not have to pay anything as you are terminated and you have not resigned. If they have decided then they will just cut you out and no more listening from your side would be there. But if you talk to your HR and tell convey him your apology then you can be saved. Hope it will get you your job back and they cancel your termination letter

    All the best

Hi..I think you wont have to pay anything when you are terminated from your job unless you have damaged some property of the company or have taken loan from your company which you havent repaid yet..You are only liable to pay something is if you have taken some financial help from your company..If your account with your company is clear and you dont owe anything to them in terms of money then surely you wont have to pay any fine just because of your termination..

And yes breaking company rules is certainly not done and you surely are liable to be terminated for that..All the employees have to follow the company's rules and policies properly and that is the main reason for the termination of most employees..

Most of the companies warn you beforehand and give you a second chance but even if you repeat the same mistake then certainly you are liable for termination..

Try not to repeat such a mistake again in your new job.. Good luck.. Thanks

    Hello Friend !!

Importance of Rules in a Company :

Rules are made so that everyone respects them and follows them sincerely.

Following rules make the company grow in sequential manner and lets the company to move in a disciplinary way.

Breaking Rules is not an small issue, this degrades your Performance Level and brings a mark to your career as a Nondisciplinary Candidate.

As you have Broke the Rules, you must face the punishment which results into your TERMINATION.

    Regarding Re-leaving :

Unless you have damaged anything in the Company, you don't need to pay any thing for the company.

If you have broke or damaged or stolen anything then you are asked to pay FINE else no need to pay anything.

And also you may get " BAD " in your conduct certificate give that company.

Good Luck for your next trial !!

    Dear friend,
i suppose you have are fresher in the company there is a bonding that is made between you and company about the rules and obligations and it also includesthe payment details.if there isnt a term of repayment in the rules after termination obviously you can demand for the justice.
the punishmnet may be diferent frm one company to other definitely not the same.
if the company is old one it provides the transfer or demotion of your post rather than terminating and making you pay.
so dontget distracted, tensed and prove yourself how worth your for the company by your work in case if there's another chance...
    all d best ~

    Hello friend

    >>Any institution or establishment works on certain code of conduct and all rules are framed in accordance with it.
In companies, employers expect their employees to be disciplined and hold benefits to the company's reputation in the market.

    >>In sight of my knowledge, there is no amount that is needed to be paid if they terminate you,but also it depends on the contract you have signed,if it contained any terms included in code of conduct.

    >>You have not mentioned either you were earlier forewarned or this one was your very first mistake, still i would suggest you to write an apology letter to your head and realize your mistake. Also you should remember never to repeat breaking laws if you are provied with another chances as it is highly unproffessional on any employee's part.

    >>If your termination is called off, mend your ways and work accoring to your employers.

    GOOD LUCK

Re: Do I have to pay something if I get terminated from my job?

Once a famous persons said that the rules was made only for breaking. But gone are those day when the employees break the rules and regulation made by the company. Each and every company has framed some rules and regulation and these rules and regulation has to be followed by the company in letter and sprite. It is the duty of all the employee from high official and low officials to follow the rules. You are liable to follow the rules even if it is small or large. Rules are framed only for obeying the rules.

Now what you can do is that you can see the HR manager of the company personally and file an application that here after you will obey all the rules and regulation. You have to say that you have never intended to brake the rules and here after you will obey the rules so that you can save your job there by you can save your life.

But you need not worry. You will not needed to pay any amount to your company if you have not done any ham to the company you have worked. You have to pay the amount if you have caused loss to your company for what of indiscipline. But even if you have done it they can only deduct the amount by filing a civil case before the civil court.

    Dear Aspirant,

If you are terminated from the service, you won't have to pay any amount to the company. You are not going to resign from the service. In this case you would have either to pay the amount or to give the notice period to the company.Since you are expected your termination, you need not worry to pay any amount to the company.

I don't think you will be terminated from the service for the said reason.Termination is the last step of the management. Before that you must be asked for the explanation for violation of any rule.On the merit of the explanation only the management will take action against you.

If you are terminated from the service without asking explanation, you can get back the same job after the court degree.

    So don't worry.Wait & see the result.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hi friend,
Every company will have predefined rules for their growth. If you don't like them reject the offer and join which ever company you want to work.
In your case you reached a stage where just warning will serve the situation. So company decided to fire you .
Don't worry you no need to pay anything. They will settle your account and say bye to you. Take care of your future.
    All the best !!

    Hi friend,
Hope you are in good health and good state of mind!

See,according to me you'll not be asked to pay anything for the crime you have committed.
It also depends on the degree to which you have committed this crime of breaking rules.
If the company feels that you crossed the limits by huge margin, then they might cut out on your due salary.
They'll cut, what you can call as "FINE",from your salary.

Nevertheless, you must now learn for the mistakes that you committed and should make sure and you don't repeat them in the future.
Start looking for a new job straight away.

Best of Luck for the future!

If you are terminated yourself before your time bound then you have to pay the company as per the company will decided. But if the company is terminated to you from the job then you donít need to pay the company is terminated to you due to your fault if you did the wrong mistake then company can take some charge from you. There can be some another reason that company will terminate you due to some internal problems then you donít need to pay anything.

Hi..Breaking rules of your company is highly irresponsible on the part of an employee and thus i think that you are certainly responsible for your own termination..

I think its general common sense that if you break the rules of the company of which you are an employee then certainly you will have to pay the penalty for the same..

AS for the fine i dont think they will take any fine from you unless you have hurt them financially by the breaking of their rules or have destroyed any company property..Rest depends on your company's policies.

So its better you be careful next time and dont commit such mistake in future so that your future is bright ..

    Good luck..Thanks

    Dear Friend!

Every company provide its own rules & regulations, terms & condition at the time of selection with your offer letter. All things are mentioned in offer letter and company hire their candidates on probation period for 6 months, In between if you break any company rules, can take any action against you, even terminate you. But there is no any rules to pay any things for terminate you from your job. I would suggest you to contact with your company's HR or any concern team member and tell them about it, Surely you will get satisfied answer by them regarding this.

Breaking rules means that lots chum, discipline may be a should in each company and it ought to be maintained by each staff. Since you're positive you poor the foundations set by the corporate there's nothing to complain. don't fret you do not have to be compelled to pay any reasonably fines or no matter. there's no purpose in paying to the corporate for obtaining terminated. Next time follow the foundations set by your leader and be safe.

Similarly as per statement whenever Associate in Nursing leader resolves to terminate for any reason any worker leader must compensate to the terminated worker GHB.amount three months wage.so,as per your statement you want to not pay, your leader must pay as compensation to you.
If you've got poor some rules then you'll be able to write for a apology letter to the corporate. you'll be able to tell them that by mistake I actually have done this and that i won't repeat it once more. By this they may forgive you and provides you one likelihood as a result of no company terminate directly while not a warning thus there area unit possibilities that you just will survive.

They're going to not raise you for any quantity as you're not exploit the task and also the company is terminating you. they're going to simply terminate you directly.

However its higher to jot down a letter before 60 minutes takes any action as by this you'll be able to save your job.

Your company won't take away you directly as usually they furnish you a warning and in your case no warning is given to you.
Currently returning to your question if they need terminated you then you are doing not have to be compelled to pay something as you're terminated and you've got not resigned. If they need determined then they're going to simply cut you out and no a lot of listening from your facet would be there. however if you see your 60 minutes and tell convey him your apology then you'll be able to be saved. Hope it'll get you your job back and that they cancel your termination letter.

Now what you do is that you just can see the 60 minutes manager of the corporate in person Associate in Nursingd file an application that here once you may adjust all the foundations and regulation. you've got to mention that you just haven't meant to brake the foundations and here once you may adjust the foundations in order that you'll be able to save your job there by you'll be able to save your life.

However you would like not worry. you may not required to pay any quantity to your company if you've got not done any ham to the corporate you've got worked. you've got to pay the quantity if you've got caused loss to your company for what of trait. however though you've got done it they'll solely deduct the quantity by filing a civil case before the civil court.

Re: Do I have to pay something if I get terminated from my job?

    Hello Friend,
Company runs on the policies they frame and every one is bound to follow them .so any voilation in that they will atke action against you ,and if they dont then others will be motivated by you.not like that they dont give chance before terminating ,if its a minor mistake like dressing voilation, forgetting ID card..etc then there will be not much action, but if you do some crime like sexual harrassmenmt ,security violation etc they will directly terminate you.
but in usual termination case they dont claim any amount from the employee.because they are terminating from there side not that you are leaving the company on your wish.
so dont worry they wont claim anything but if you are in finance department and keeps track of company transaction ,and any fraud in that sector they will claim from you.
    Thank You.

Paying at the end of job is only applicable if you have damaged property of company during the last days, and even these charges will be deducted from the last salary you will draw or from the any kind of accumulated fund you a\had in your company. If you have any deductions then it is applicable to your monthly salary, and this will be deducted monthly. Better, inquire with your management as these days LLPs are very strict with their quitting employees!

    hello friend

It is so sad to hear the news,i think you have violated the rules by mistake,if you have really committed it by mistake and you are feeling sorry for it then you go to your boss and say sorry to him ,request him not to fire you from your job and forgive you for the last time, say him that you won't do the same in the future.you can also write an apology letter to your boss before he can take any action against you.

Every company has its rule and regulation and it is our duty to abide with it,we should always try to abide with it and not try to break any rules, but there are some situation when we commit any mistake by mistake then at that time it is sour duty to inform the authority about the fact.

Your company can't fire you for just breaking any rule for the 1st time, they will give you warnings but even then you do the same mistake then the company can fire you.

Also the company won't ask you to pay anything unless and until you have destroyed the any property of the company,

    Good luck.
    Thank you.
