Do government provide with a replacement job if the department gets closed unfortunately?

For example if somebody is hired at the lower level labour management of a road construction project in government sector. Will this candidate be removed on the completion of the project? If yes then will the government provide him/her with another job?

    Hello Aspirant,

See the jobs both in pvt.& govt.sectors are governed by the terms & conditions of the appointment. Here you have mentioned that labour in lower level management has been hired for a particular project work.It is to be noted that the most of the project works of the governments are tendered to some of the eligible company for which the govt. is not responsible & liable for any liabilities of the concerned company who has accepted the tender for a particular project. The govt.would watch the progress of the work & expect its completion in time.It will pay the entire amount as per the terms & conditions of the tender to the concerned company/party in time.

It is the liabilities of the concerned company/party who accepts the tender to manage the man, money ,material & time to complete the project work in stipulated period of time.Since it is a continuous work to get another tender from the different govt.or companies or party for any desired work & experience hands are always preferred to have for speedy progress of desired work, you can expect continuation of your job in the concerned organisation/company/party.The employees engaged in any such company are also guided by rules in force from time to time.

So have positive attitude & work happily. There may be so many persons like you.You may note that when a man is interested & capable of working, there is no shortage of work on this earth

    cheers & Good luck.

Dear aspirant a road construction project in Govt.sector is maintained by the govt. When for the work purpose somebody is hired from other Govt.dept then he will do work as per direction or deputation basis. As soon as the project is completed the concerned employee to be transferred to his previous place.

Govt.employee never be removed he will complete his work up to his / her retirement. If a Govt.employee is removed without reason then there will create a hue and cry among the govt.employee a permanent govt.employee can not be terminated without major reason.Suppose he is engaged or apprehanded for forgery cases/robbery /stealing only then
he/she to be removed/terminated legally. But a pvt.company employee does not get such privilege without sufficient reason he / she may be terminated.

    Thank You,
