    Do company provides Conveyance facility for female employees who are leaving at a distant place?

    I am working in a call center. I am always getting late to the office because I have to catch different vehicles for coming to the office. I am leaving in distant place for which I have to catch different buses to reach the company. Is there any conveyance facility in call center company for female employees who are leaving beyond the diameter of the transportation range of the cabs of the company?

    hello.

    yes.there are conveyance facility for the workers those who are working in private organization.

    but it is depending upon the company and HR.

    so that you can go to the your boss and give a speech about this matter.

    so that you can get the benefits of your company.if they will tell no means better explain your situation or you can change the job which will convince to you.

    Hello,

    Generally all call centers provide transport facility to their employees. For those who come from far off place the company provide transport facility in key locations of the city so that all can use the facility based on their time and need. You should talk to the HR of your company and ask him/her about the transportation issue. Your HR will the best authority to tell you the exact information.

    For your kind information no call centers provide direct transport facility from home and office and vice versia. They will pick you from key locations and drop you adjacent to your house.

    Hi Dear, Every Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Call Centre has its own transportation policy. In fact, all these organisations do provide cab facility to all the employees but only to a specified range. Now a days, many of these firms have even stopped providing cabs during day time and they provide transportation only to employees doing night shifts. So, in a nutshell, you cannot force them to provide you the transportation facility but only request them and abide by their transportation rules. All you can do is look for some more employees who commute from the same or nearby locality as yours and go for a car pool. This is a more feasible and less expensive solution to your problem. Send a mail in writing to all the employees in general asking for collective commuting and call one of the taxi services. They would agree when they would get a nominal profit from such car pool service. But do keep your reporting manager and the HR in loop before you float any such mail across the floor. Thanks.

    Dear,
    Actually all the call centers provide cab facilities but the thing is that they have some fixed stops from where they use to pick the employees.
    So you have top talk about this to your HR and your boss that they should arrange a cab which can pick you from the place which may fit to you.
    Otherwise either you have to struggle for the job or you can leave the job.

    Hi,
    Most of the call center provide the facility of cab for both female and male employee's due to distant factor. In your case you just need to discuss your matter with HR manager and i am sent percent sure that they will provide best facility of cab.
    Also you can do 1 more thing, just right a "Email" to your team lead/HR manager and request them to take appropriate action on this matter. I am pretty sure that you will get some positive response in proper time. In email also mention your pick up point and home address, so that they will better understand your problem as an female candidate.
