Difference among Branch, DSA and Franchisee? Which should prefer for job?

What is the difference among Branch, DSA and Franchisee? I have got an offer to work with a DSA. Should I join it or not? Is this an off roll or on roll job?

Branch:It cannot be owned by an individual though can be managed under the guidance of the cooperation
Franchisee:It can be owned from the cooperation and managed by the individual in his way.
DSA: (Direct selling Associations ),it is system in which selling is performed by reaching to the customers(at there houses) through agents.

    Dear..

Though all these terms are closely attached to each other still these terms have a minute difference.

    1. Franchisee :- Franchisee is a term in which the main organization gives right or authority to someone else to operate the business under main companies brand name, logo and guidance. The business through this mode runs on a profit sharing basis.

    2. Branch :- In this type of business running mode, The authority remains with the parent company and the branch works same as the company works.

    3. DSA :- Direct selling association:- In this type of business mode there is no ready made way is there to do the business, In this mode the only target is to sell the product.

    Hope it will ease you

    Cheers...!!!
