Delay in lunch timings because of Boss

Our boss generally goes home for his lunch at 1:30 or nearby that time. But sometimes he goes late and some of my co-employee makes it a threat and not going for lunch in front of Boss. Is this a right attitude of the employees or it should not be done?

    hello friend..

Its nice tat you and your co-employee is giving so much respect to boos. But remember one thing that you are there because of your performance , until unless you are good at your work , nobody will go against you.
I think when its matter of your work , time is calculated as money. Its good that you are giving so much respect to your boss but where time is so important you should start your lunch at time and get to work and your time. Your boss will not mind it.
    take care
