Coordinator unnecessarily burdening the teachers with assignments by falsely telling them that they are according to the new regulations of CBSE

I work with a private school and have been working with the same from the past 10 years. owing to the new rules of CBSE our coordinator is asking the teachers to make a number of assignments and increasing the workload. She falsely claims that these are in accordance with the new guidelines of CCE. Please suggest the best way to tell her that she needs to be considerate towards the teachers.

    Hello Aspirant,

The individuality defers from one to another. Some is very kind, cooperative, social etc & some is just reverse of it.We have to face all types persons. In order to face the problem, you should convene a meeting with other teachers, discuss the matter & should come to a conclusion to report the matter jointly to the principal of the school about the behaviour of your coordinator. Before that, you should jointly ask to produce a copy of the guidelines of the CBSE under which she is asking to do all these assignments. If it is true, you should follow it otherwise you should report the matter to the principal of the school stating that these activities will hamper the interest of the teachers to teach the students, because the teachers are unnecessarily involve in completing these assignment as per the direction of the coordinator which is not true because she is telling that these have to completed as per the directions of the CBSE for which she is not producing the copy of the guidelines.

Hope there will be immediate action if the coordinator is in false position.

    Good luck.

    hello..

i don't know so much about your coordinator how they are behave with you with your small message...

in normally the syllabus is more in CBSE rather than state board.and the private school will give the work load more than normal because they want only the best results not results.

my kind advice is you should work in private school means you have some adjustments or you can away from this..because this not a government organization...

first your school head should give a copy of CBSE syllabus and regulations..this is your school head mistake.

after receive the copy and see that,if it is there these type of workload you should do all these things otherwise just ignore it.

    thank you..

Every body is Having different kind of mentality. Some people want to train more than normal way.If you go for a war than your trainee will train you more than a normally. But if you think that your co ordinator unnecessarily gives burden to you than you can also ask for other teachers about this. You can take the majority of teachers in your side. You can tell your problem to her.If she dosen't listen to all of you, than you can complaint of her to the principal with the appropriate proofs.

    !!Good Luck!!
