hello friendI can say with full of confidence that it will not effect if you will not provide birth certificate to employer. It is well known in INDIA that a highschool certificate is the real date of birth certificate for students because it is primary stage where all records are counted first time.If you apply for passport then you should change it from the office of health department in municipal corporation.otherwise you don't need to correction of DOB certificate.all the best

    Hello,

If you have different spellings in different cerficates and if you are to submit them ,then such discripency can lead you in trouble. In bank accounts, passport whereeven you will be asked to submit documents as age proof, then it wont be accepted. So its better you do an AFFIDAVIT from any NOTARY PUBLIC that will guarantee that the all the names denote to the same person.
