    Complaint against inequality of work pressure

    I am a manager of a private firm. Our firm has to undertake various projects given by clients. As a result various employees have to handle various responsibilities as well as tasks. Now I am getting complaint from few employees that there is partiality done regarding distribution of work pressure among the employees. How should I handle this situation?

    Dear aspirant,

    It is very common to hear such problems where there are more nos. of employees working.You should not bother for this,if you are not concerned for the complaint arised.You should just defend yourself by ignoring the complaint.

    If it is true in distribution of works,try to rearrange the works with suitable employees.Or you can assure to change the works to the employees who are not happy with you after some time.

    Being a manager ,it is your duty to solve the queries and problems of the employees.Hence you should look into this matter and take proper action.Since the problem is of distribution of work pressure,so you need to first check and investigate properly and then take a decision.

    -Check whether such situation is prevailing in the company or not.
    -If yes,then find what are the reasons for that.
    -Call for a meeting with the employees.
    -Explain them the issues regarding variation in work pressure.
    -Make them understand that there is no partiality done.
    -Make it clear that as every job posts has been assigned duty and salary accordingly so there is no question of partiality.
    -Make them understand that there is a variation of work pressure according to the projects of the clients on which company has no hold.
    -Explain them that there is unequal pressure in the entire year concerned and every job posts has to deal with greater work pressure at some particular point of time.
    -Request for cooperation from the employees in this matter.

    Sir if you are getting the problem then you should call all those employees and ask about the complete situation that what they want and what not means you have to call each and every single person who have received the working projet and ask them that why they are worried about the responsibilites and projects means if anyone has any problem regarding the probject and if anyone got more than enough project work then you should make him/her something free from work and give him some less working projects and if anyone is there in your office premises who has really not received anywork then you should give him/her some resoponsibilties to complete the work and you must keep the equality with each and every single person and distribute the work according to the postion of the candidate and do not try to make difference between male and female candidates means you should give the equal work to both male and female employees then there would not be any disturbance in your office premies related to work and each one would work well for the company

    Hi aspirant

    AS the manager of the firm, it is your responsibility to take care of the need of your employees and to solve your queries. If your employees feel that partiality is being done regarding the distribution of work pressure , then you should try to satisfy them and thus hopefully they will hold no more grudges against you. You should understand your reponsibility and to help your employees whenever they need your help.

    I hope that you from now on distribute the work among your employees in a proper way and practice equality in this manner. There should be no bias whatsoever in this case and thus you should make it a point tio distribute the workload according to the position of your emplloyees. Then only you will be a good manager and your employees will always look upto you as an idola nd thus will have a lot of respect for you.

    this a situation where we have to digest the problem well...
    as there is a complaint from your employees you gotta observe the situations and work distribution for couple of days...
    if there is any partiality done regarding the work distribution you just inform to the union leader in you company (or) else any1 among you raise up to ask the boss or elase you can approach the H.R.
    if theres no action taken then you can file up a complaint on your boss with appropriate reasons..
    but as possible settling the problem with in the company is better than filing a complaint..

    If you are getting complaint for improper work distribution then prepare a strategy how to distribute work equally.

    Give all the work to all the employees equally.

    Do not over burden them with work.

    Give them equally and be impartial

    Make sure everyone gets their part of work.

    Try to give work to each employees and also give them appreciation for their work.
