My friends,It's all thr rules & right in company's hand.you can not do anything or anyway if company is not ready to transfer you to in mumbai.
If you have health problem ,then you should give resign from job.
now you have experience and capability ,so you should find a job in mumbai and apply for other job in mumbai.whenever any company will offer for job ,you should give resign from this job.
If you have good capability to do work ,then you will get job surely in mumbai and then you can do job satisfactoriliy in mumbai.
so now if company is not ready for transfer to you in mumbai ,then you should have to giver resign whenever you will get job. It's only one option.

    Hi!

You can apply for another company which is available there in Mumbai and enjoy your native place. If your current company has denied, you should resign from that company and look for other organisations and join. There are many companies in Mumbai and I am sure that you will many oppurtunities and growth too as you have 2 years of experience alreday.

    Thanks.

    friend
If your company is not transferring you to Mumbai from Bengaluru that shows that your Bengaluru office needs you more then that of Mumbai office, you can not do anything to this matter. This all depends upon the rules, regulation and policies of the company. The company knows better then us about which employee to place where. Try to work hard and after that if you can ask in confidence that please transfer me now.

You can also raise some emotional stuff like my mom is not well and i am the only one to take care of her so please transfer me. These stuffs really help a lot.

    All the best

Hi.. I dont think you can do much about such things as you are in no position to control such proceedings..This is in the hands of your manager..

So what you can do is try to persuade your manager about your transfer to Mumbai citing all the reasons about your health and personal problems..Give all the true reasons for wanting the transfer so badly.. I hope your manager agrees..

Or you try to impress him by your work and dedication and then maybe he will agree..

If nothing works out then its better that you leave your job and find some good job in Mumbai as health is the most important thing in life..

Best of luck.. Take care.. Thanks

    Hi friend,
In this it's entirely depends on your companies norms. Please talk to your HR about your problem. He will surely helps out.
Get health certificate from doctor. So that your manager will consider it for your transfer.
If any of the above not works then resign from that company. Because it is not good for your future.

    Regards ,

    Dear Aspirant,

Your situation is very peculiar. You don't want to be in Bangalore & at the same time you don't want to leave the company. You have to be prepared for one thing. If you don't get transfer to your native place. In this connection, apply for your transfer with a medical certifacate & meet the manager HR to consider it in your favour.

If you are not entertained well, meet the head of the company that may be M.D/CEO & request for your transfer.Mind It is not your right to get your transfer to your native place.Generally, the transfer is not considered for native place for smooth running the work of company.Being a local employee,It starts giving trouble to the management.

So It is rather difficult to get your transfer.

So better decide to continue to be in Bangalore happily. It is a nice place to live & grow.

    Thanls.

    Hi friend,

First of all you need to understand that the company will not work according to you.
You need to work according to the company.
They are not giving you the transfer because there might be no vacancy in Mumbai branch.
You just need to wait for your turn to come.

Start doing Yoga and consult a specialist doctor who can help out in your illness.

    Stay Fit!
    Best of Luck!

Dear friend. . . One thing you must understand that transfering working personals from one branch to another lies in the hands of your human resource manager. . .you may talk to your human resource manager personally regarding your transfer from bangalore to mumbai . You may tell him about your difficulties in working at bangalore and comforts if you are transfered to mumbai. .since you have served for about two years at bangalore you may talk to your human resource manager very frankly regarding your transfer. .but see to that you abide by company rules and regulations . . Let us be positive. .

The transfer decision in an company from an city to another city, depends upon the companies policy and the decision from the management of the company. First you must make sure that the company has an branch at mumbai city. Now apply an request with properly stating the reasons for the same and attach the proper documents as an proof of the reason. Now it's upto company whether they want to transfer you or not. The decision depends upon various factors such as back up of your position in the banglore city, availability of vacancy of your position at mumbai branch . So you have only way of conviencing your top authorities only then you can get the transfer.

Hi aspirant..I think there's no other option for you if your company doesnt transfer you to your native place Mumbai but to give your resignation and find some suitable job in Mumbai which does not affect your health and solves your other problems also..

But you should not get dejected so easily..First you should try your best to save your job and then also if nothing happens then only resign..

Firstly you talk to your manager regarding your health problem and thats the main reason that you want a transfer to Mumbai.. Also tell him about your personal problems.. Just tell him the real picture and i hope he realises your condition and gives you a transfer.. As you are a valuable asset to your company i am sure he will do his best to save your job..

So try your best to persuade your manager.. Good luck.. Thanks

Have confidence in yourself and you surely have a bright future
