Company not granting my due amount of very small amount

I am in selling of warranties for which I am being given incentives of Rs.500 per warranty. But my employer is not giving me my due amount of Rs.500 of one warranty which is pending from 4 months. How can I ask my employer to sanction my amount?

    Hi friend...,

I think this is silly question because the amount is very small.
You can ask the your employer and show the selling of warranties and sanctioned for your due mount.
Your employer not responding then go for your manager and complain them

I think your due amount realized by the manager.

    Thanks!!!

    GOOD LUCK........

    Dear Aspirant,

See whether it is your particular case or it is common to many.If it is common, try to get a common memorandum signed by all concerned & hand it to the employer or the concerned incharge. You should give an ultimatum to pay the dues amount within the time given by you & if not there will be an strike from the date----.

If it is your personal matter, keep sending your request in writing to the concerned incharge/employer with due acknowledgement.

After sending it three to four times within two months, give information to take legal help & send a pleader notice if you don't receive the amount in the given time.

Hope your problems will be solved.

    thanks & good luck.

    Hi
For the clearance of your payment, you need to keep this in mind that you need to go to the person who is having it and then talk to him calmly and gently. Moreover, while going to him, you should always know about his mood first, if he/she is not in a good mood, then you should avoid the meeting for that day.

    Hi aspirant

I think that you should definitely ask for your due from your boss and should not just sit quietly even if it is a very small amount. As you are selling warranties for which you are getting incentives of Rs 500 each , so its the responsibility of your boss to give you your payment on time and not to delay it in this manner for such a long time. He should definitely not behave in such a way and should not do such injustice with his employees.

You should go and talk to him. Tell him that you haven't been given your due for one warranty for the past 4 months. You hope that he will look into this matter and will not do such injustice with you. You hope that he will sanction your amount soon.

Speak to your boss politely and with respect and i am sure he will definitely sanction your amount. Maybe he has forgotten to do so . also ask him the reason for the delay and i am sure that he will satisfy your query.

Good luck. I hope you get your money. Thanks

    Hello..

Friend, I'm watching this kind of problem regularly, its has a simple solution , just go and ask him , humbly. Why do you fear to say to your employer ? Let me explain , if you are a good employee , no one will say you anything including your boss. Be good t your work and you will be loved by all. Go and say to your boss about your pending amount , it might be possible that he forgot about your rs 500, and if not , he is not going to give you until unless your are going to ask him.
    Believe in yourself.
    take care

    hii,
well when it is mentioned in the norms to offer you that money as a incentives. then you can directly ask this to your employer for this amount, after all its your money. if he still denies to give your incentive then you can for sure contact to the HR department and either you can submit an application regarding this. this will for sure help you. and from next time do not let this incentives on hold for long time. you should talk to the management about this.
    thanks

Dear this is not a big problem but it is a massive problem for hard workers which you are and if you will not receive your due amount then it would not be good for the result of your hard work that is why you do not need to afraid or hesitate and directly go to the manager of your company and tell them respected sir this is not good time for me because i have some urgent work at my house and for that i need some money so will you please provide me some money or will you please pay my previous incentive of rupees 500/- which is due from last 4 months and also tell them that sir i did not ask you ever about this because i was waiting for unavoidable situation and i was thinking that when i will get any type of problem then i will ask you for that and that is why i did not ask you about this but this is the right time to use my incentive because there is some urgent work i have and i have to pay some money to another person who is important for me so please sir give me my incentive and if you will ask for your due incentive respectively then you will definitely get it and you should not be angry or eager about this otherwise you may loose it too

    All the best

Dear aspirant you have mentioned company is not paying your dues though it is a very small amount.First of all you try to know what is the actual reason behind such misery. You will get the amount for your work here authority can not ignore your claim. You issue notice to your boss and copy toward respective places about your rightful notice.

You will see your office boss when receive your notice then no more he will try to avoid you, because lawfully you are right then head office must give instruction to your boss to pay your rightful payment.

    Thank you,

It is possible that your employer has forgotten to give the payment, this is your right and also your problem to get the payment for which you have worked.

Go to the concerned person with the documents of that particular deal and ask him about the payment, or you can also write an application for due payment

    attached with those documents.

Generally each and every transaction is recorded in the accounts department so if your payment is not done it will not be in the accounts, so don't worry and

ask for the payment your boss will verify it and will pay you the due amount. And in future never leave your payments for long periods try to get it clear as soon

    as possible.
