Company not following its own rules and regulations

I recently joined in a MNC. From the past few days I have noticed that the manager and other senior officials are themselves not giving any importance to the rules and regulations of the company like the dress code, behaviour of the employees etc. Thus I donít think this is a good place for my bright future as there is no proper decorum. What should I do now?

    Hi friend

You are definitely right in this case and I completely agree with you. In a company if the high officials like the manager and other senior offcials are themselves not adhering to the rules and regulations of the company and giving no importance to it, then you certainly don't have much scope for a bright future in this company as there is no proper decorum here and certainly need a good and proper work atmosphere to gain positive influencea and to achieve success in your career.

So in my opinion if your manager and other senior offcials are not even caring whether the employees are properly following all the rules like the dress code, proper behaviour etc then there certainly will be a negative influence at your workplace and thus you certainly will not gain anything from such a company where there is no proper discipline and where no one gives a damn to the rules and regulations.

So for your better and brighter future, I think you should change your job and try to find another good job in a company where there is proper discipline and decorum. I know such things are difficult to prejudge and you get to know about them only when you join a company but atleast you should take all the necessary precautions before joining a company. Before joining a company you should make proper search about its work atmosphere, the growth opportunities, your salary , the behaviour of the management with its employees etc. You can search online or you can consult the company's brochure. But the best way is to interact with the company's present or ex-employees and get all this information from them.

Then atleast you will not have any regrets when you join the company. I hope you got my point. good luck for your future. Thanks

    Hi Friend,
I think that it is infact a good time for you and other employees of the company since you can take liberty of your seniors' negligience these days! I am quite sure that this situation won't last long once the seniors are aware of the lag in adhering to official rules and regulations by the employees. So till that time i think you can take it all on a lighter note and relax.
However, if you are really concerned and this continues for a longer time, you should consider resigning as it will be proved then that the seniors themselves aren't much bothered about their compnay's performance which definitely is harmful for the growth and reputation of the employees.

Morever, if you are serious about your career and that your career graph should remain good you hould work with companies that offer steady growth and provide you conducive working environment.
    Thanks.
    Good Luck..

    Dear Aspirant,

The rules & regulations must be followed by all the employees of the company, whether they are seniors ,superiors & subordianates. It is more important to follow the rules & regulations of the company by the seniors & superior officers, because it affects the working environment of the company to a great extent. If they don't follow the rules & regulations, they can't control juniors & subordiantes employees which results the bad working environment of the company. This will ultimately cause the low out put of the company.Hence your thinking about your carrier in the present company is not wrong.

In order to better future,it would be better to search for another job while working here.It will give you experience which will help you in future. You can register your resume to www.naukri.com & www.monsterindia.com for early call for interviews.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hi...................,

As in company boss is casual in nature you can not directly tell him.
Its better that you should leave that company.
You need to find other MNC companies .
No need to write any complain in present company.
As seniors are not in decorum means that they are not serious toward company.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I agree with you that certain decorum is essential for maintaining a good atmosphere within the office premises. But you have to focus on your work at this point of time.Other things may or may not change, but your work is your priority.Take advantage of this situation that your seniors are bit reluctant about these secondary issues.Since you have joined recently, then you must a new comer. As a newcomer take advantage of the situation, and learn your work, make your own experience. Then after 2-3 years if you find that the situations are just the same and you are not liking it any more, then using the experience thus gained, apply for a better company.

Re: Company not following its own rules and regulations

You are undoubtedly right during this case and that i utterly accept as true with you. in a very company if the high officers just like the manager and alternative senior officers are themselves not adhering to the foundations and laws of the corporate and giving no importance to that, then you definitely haven't got abundant scope for a bright future during this company as there's no correct decorousness here and positively want a decent and correct work atmosphere to achieve positive influences and to realize success in your career.

Thus in my opinion if your manager and alternative senior officers don't seem to be even caring whether or not the workers ar properly following all the foundations just like the codification, correct behavior etc then there definitely are a negative influence at your work and so you definitely won't gain something from such an organization wherever there's no correct discipline and wherever nobody provides a damn to the foundations and laws.

Thus for your higher and brighter future, i believe you must modification your job and take a look at to search out another smart job in a very company wherever there's correct discipline and decorousness.

I do know such things ar troublesome to judge and you get to grasp concerning them only you be part of an organization however atleast you must take all the required precautions before connection an organization. Before connection an organization you must create correct search concerning its work atmosphere, the expansion opportunities, your earnings , the behavior of the management with its staff etc search on-line otherwise you can consult the company's pamphlet. however the simplest approach is to move with the company's gift or ex-employees and obtain all this info from them.

Then atleast you may not have any regrets once you be part of the corporate. I hope you bought my purpose. smart luck for your future.

I think that it's really a decent time for you and alternative staff of the corporate since you'll take liberty of your seniors' negligence these days! i'm quite certain that this example will not last long once the seniors ar attentive to the lag in adhering to official rules and laws by the workers.
Thus until that point i believe you'll take it all on a lighter note and relax.

However, if you're very involved and this continues for a extended time, you must resigning because it are verified then that the seniors themselves are not abundant fazed about their company's performance that undoubtedly is harmful for the expansion and name of the workers.

Moreover, if you're serious concerning your career which your career graph ought to stay smart you must work with corporations that supply steady growth and supply you contributing operating surroundings.
