Company not entertaining my accident claim

About a year back the company cab in which I was coming back from work met with an accident and I was injured on the chest and have never fully recovered from the injury. While my insurance covered the treatment costs I have filed a compensation claim with my company but they are not giving me an reply. Can I take a legal action against the company or should I just wait it out?

Re: Company not entertaining my accident claim

    Hi buddy

Instead of directly filing a case against your company, I think it would be better for you to wait it out for a few days more. And dont sit idle in the interim just waiting. Go and speak to your company's manager about the whole problem. Tell him that how you met with an accident about a year back when you were coming back in the company cab. You had not recovered fully till now and have filed a compensation claim with them . But you havent got a reply till now and are still waiting for your compensation to be given to you . Ask them the reason for the delay and warn them that if they dont solve your case as soon as possible, as its already too late, you will be forced to file a case against them and drag them to court.

I hope for the sake of the reputation of their company they listen to you and compensate you but if they dont you are certainly entitled to take a legal action against them . Consult your lawyer and send them a legal notice. Let them pay for their mistake if they want to learn it the hard way.

Good luck bud. I hope justice prevails in your case. God bless
