Company not considering my pre placement experience

I have been working since my college time when I was a MBA student and got my pre placement before completing my studies and took a NOC from college. Just after completing my education I wanted to switch to another job where I applied and asked for high salary which they refused and said my experience will not be counted.

This depends from company to company that whether will consider your pre-placement experience for their job or not. You cannot change the policies of any company and thus have to do as you say. It is very good that you have been working since a long time since your college days and thus have been supporting your family in this way. Not many people have the ability to do both the college work and job simultaneous and you should be proud of your achievement.

Now if your previous work is related with your job work in your present company, then I dont think there should be any problem. But as I told you before that every company has its own policies and thus you cant do much about it. Now you should try to find another job which values yopur services and I am sure you will be able to find one where they give weightage to your previous experience. Then they will certainly gibe you ahigher salary based on your experience.

Dear if you was working as part time during your graduation then your experience will not be considered by if you was working as full time employee then your experience must be counted by the new company because you have worked somewhere and this is your right to ask for high salary because you are experienced candidates in the applicants and you must be considered as better than all others but if your company is making any excuse that this is not experience during study then you should accept the argument but if you are not satisfied with this job and wants your experience as the main thing for your new job then you should apply for job in any other company and go for interview there and I am sure that they will understand your experience and you should be better in your previous work means if you have worked then you should have good knowledge of working because you may be asked some questions from your work and then your experience may be considered as necessary for the company and they will give you high salary
