Company is denying giving me arrears of appraisal at the time of resignation

I have applied for resignation now and have got the email of my arrears of appraisal which has increased from May month. As I have applied my resignation, they are not giving my appraisal arrears. What should I do in this? Can I complain about this to higher management?

Re: Company is denying giving me arrears of appraisal at the time of resignation

In many companies if you have resigned from your role in that company, you salary is stopped and the final settlement is done after your last working day in the company.

You salary for the notice period time and if any arrears are to be paid etc are done after you finally leave the company.

So first speak with your HR if the arrears will be paid to you during the time of Final settlement or not.
If they say yes, Than your issue is solved.

But if they say no, than in that case you can raise this issue to Higher Management

Before Going to higher management, you should use all the normal channels available in your company to resolve the issue
Also make sure that all communications between HR or Accounts teams etc should be done through Email as this will be the record with you.

As you have already given your resignation, so it's there are very few chances that you are eligible for getting appraisal amount. You will be provided with the initial salary as per many companies policy. There are also rules regarding your payment time. Some companies provide you at the time of leaving and some provides after 30-45 days from your last working day. I suggest you to please contact to senior management or HR team to have more knowledge on the same as they are familiar with all the policies of your company.

    Hi Friend,
In most of the companies once you give resignation you will not get last month salary on time as it will be given with Full and Final Settlement in 45 days after you leave.
During Full and Final settlement company needs to settle arrears, leaves, medical claims,LTA other claimed benefits etc. Please speak to HR and get a clarity on this.
Hope this can be sorted out but if still company does not want to pay it is private company's own discretion, nothing can be done unless there is any documented policy or contract.
