Are companies providing with experience letter when employee gets terminated by the employer?

One of my co-employees got terminated with no proper official reason. With a huge argument her payment and all the settlement has been done expect the experience letter to which the employer is denying. Will she be getting the same or not provision of such is there?

    Hi,
There are no such fixed norms for issuing the experiance letter...
However you can get the same from HR department after writing a letter/mail directly to them - requesting for an experiance certificate...

Hope they will hear you...In your case it will be better to approach HR for the same than to your HOD.

    Try..

    Dear concern,

as per your query its basically depends upon company policy to poilicy because some organizations provide experience letter either employee left the job or company terminate the employee.

But in my opinion it should be provide by every employer so that employee can show it for next organization. and employer also mention the exact things of his conduct and behaviour during the service period.

    But it should be given.
