    Hi aspirant

Such employees , who break the rules and regulations of the company in this manner should definitely be taught a lesson and should not be left unpunished. In this way they will be encouraged to repeat such things again which will not at all be good for their future. So you should definitely talk to your manager and get him the punishment he deserves because that will definitely be good for his future.

Tell your manager that one of the employees recently left the job without serving the notice period. It has been 5 days and the management hasn't taken any actionn against him yet. This is really irresponsible on their part. If such employees are left like this , then the other employees will also take cue and try to behave in the same manner. So this will be setting a bad example for others. Also this will not be good for his future also as he will never learn his mistake. So you hope that the management will take the right decision in this matter.

I am sure your manager will understand your point and thus do as you say. Good luck and Thanks

Dear aspirant in case of resignation there is no need to serve notice period.Any employee can tender his resignation for various purposes the management board meeting will decide what kind of action can be taken in case of resignation without serving notice. At the point of URGENT NEED an employee can tender resignation but according to law he /she have to compensate to the company.Only board meeting can relieve him/her without penalty it depend on his/her behaviour with the office colleague and about his/her contribution to the company.

    Thank you,

    Dear Aspirant,

It is the duty of the management to take action in such situation. If you are a part of the management, you should think of this otherwise you should be concentrating on your assignemnets & duties. If you are a dealing Assistant, you can put a note to the higher official to take action.

You should note that when the concerned employee has not served the notice period,he will have problems in getting the relieving letter, experience letter & settlements of the accounts pertaining to EPF & others. He can't produce the experience certificate to the new employer.

So if you are not a dealing Assistant, you need not bother & be concentrating on your works to perform better for better future.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hello Friend,
As per the bond executed by the company when anyone leaves the company before the time period and without serving notice then he have to pay the signed bond amount.so he might have left the company by paying the same so you should not worry about that, neither you can inquire about that from the management they wont reveal the details to you.now coming to the other aspect suppose all of a sudden due to some medical condition he left the job then company cant do anything to that because medical conditions are not intentional.now if he have just left the company and joined any other company then that will come to notice with in few days you dont need to worry about that ,then company will ask him to clear the pre signed bond amount for breaking the bond failing in doing that company may blacklist the employee ,such that he cant join that company never again in his career.
    Thank you.

Dear nice to see that you are much responsible for your company but for your kind information that the person who has left your company without completing his notice period then you should not worry about this because your manager or boss would definitely take a legal action against him and notice period and he may go to the jail if he will not provide the complete service according to his notice period and if your manager is not taking any action against him then you should go to the manager and ask about this that are they taking any legal action or not means if they say that we are taking then you should not worry and if they say that they are not taking any action then you need to ask the reason and tell them that if he would not complete the notice period then it would be against the law and the rules of the company but i am sure that your company will definitely take an action

    All the best

    Hi............,

write a letter to HR department regarding that.
You must quote that if he will not be punished then decorum of organization will be effected.
People will further do such activity.
So make a complain letter and ask for quick solution.
Must not write any harsh word in anyway.

    Thanks

    Dear aspirant,
I think you shouldn't hesitate to tell your superior or manager for this behavior of your colleague so to stop repetition of this mistake in future your boss has to need some action against that employee.don't feel fear just go and complain your boss .so he will feel you are the genuine employee of his office.

Such workers , World Health Organization break the principles and rules of the corporate during this manner ought to undoubtedly be instructed a lesson and will not be left uncorrected. during this manner they're going to be inspired to repeat such things once more which can not in any respect be smart for his or her future. thus you must undoubtedly ask your manager and find him the penalization he deserves as a result of which will undoubtedly be smart for his future.

Tell your manager that one in all the staff recently left the task while not serving the notice amount. it's been five days and also the management hasn't taken any action against him nonetheless.

This is extremely irresponsible on their half. If such workers ar left like this , then the opposite workers will take cue and take a look at to behave within the same manner. thus this may be setting a nasty example for others.

Conjointly can not be smart for his future conjointly as he will ne'er learn his mistake. thus you hope that the management can take the proper call during this matter.
It is the duty of the management to require action in such scenario. If you're a section of the management, you should think about this otherwise you must be concentrating on your assignments & duties. If you're a dealing Assistant, you can place a note to the upper official to require action.

you must note that once the involved worker has not served the notice amount,he can have issues in obtaining the relieving letter, experience letter & settlements of the accounts relating EPF & others. He cannot manufacture the expertise certificate to the new leader.

Thus if you're not a dealing Assistant, you need not hassle & be concentrating on your works to perform higher for higher future.

As per the bond dead by the corporate once anyone leaves the corporate before the period of time and while not serving notice then he need to pay the signed bond quantity. So he might need left the corporate by paying constant thus you must not worry this, neither you'll inquire this from the management they wont reveal the main points to you.

Now returning to the opposite side suppose all of a sudden because of some medical condition he left the task then company cant do something to it as a result of medical conditions aren't intentional.now if he have simply left the corporate and joined the other company then which will return to note with in few days you dont got to worry this ,then company can raise him to clear the pre signed bond quantity for breaking the bond failing in doing that company could blacklist the worker ,such that he cant be a part of that company nevermore in his career.
