    Co-worker brainwashes senior manager

I have been noticing that my colleague has been brainwashing my boss. She has been passing on opinions about my way of working. My boss had been rude with me about the same. Please suggest how should I deal with this.

    hello,
this is a serious problem. you should talk to the employee and the boss about this issue.
*talk to the employee and ask her about the problem, why she is interfaring in your matters when you are not
    * you should make her realize about the act, that she is doing wrong

*talk to the boss and sk him about the problems
*ask him what changes you should make in your way of working.
he will soon be impressed by you. good luck

This is a serious problem as the brain washing by your colleague is reflected in the relationship between your boss and you. This can also affect your professional career and can create a lot of problems in your work.So you should try to solve this matter as fast as possible.
-First of all, enquire well whether the rudeness of the boss is only due to brainwashing of your colleague.
-Keep up your hard work doing all the tasks assigned to you efficiently.
-This is because it is the only way through which you can please your boss easily.
-If still he continues behaving rudely, take an appointment and sit for a meeting with him.
-Discuss what is the matter and what are your flaws.
-Assure your boss of your improvement and try to remove the flaws which is causing problem.

    Hi friend

If you think that your colleague has been giving false views on you to your boss and thus trying to create a wrong impression on your boss, then you mujst certainly fight for your right and not let such injustice happen to you. As your boss is blindly agreeing to waht your colleague is telling about you and thus being rude to you, it has made matters worse and you should definitely take some action now.

You should directly go to your boss's office and talk personally with him regarding this matter. Tell him that one of your colleagues is brainwasing him and poisoning his mind against you. Whatever she has told him about you is certainly wrong and it is not even close to the truth. So you request your boss not to believe such people who have no other work except to destroy the reputation of others. And if possible he should also give that colleague of yours a spanking which she rightfully deserves so that she will never repeat such behaviour again.

I am sure your boss will agree with you. Try to give some evidence in your favour and then your case will become stronger for sure. Good luck friend . I hope you get justice in this matter. Thanks
