Co-worker always makes the office toilets dirty

I am a worker in a government firm. I am facing a problem because of my worker who always makes the office toilets dirty. As a result, the environment inside the office toilets worsens and this disturbs me a lot. How can I get rid of this problem? What steps can I take against him to find a solution to this?

    Dear Aspirant,

It is a very bad habit.Of course it is unavoidable to use the toilet, but it should be used with proper care.I mean care should be taken in cleanness.one must flush water after its use to avoid dirty environment in the office or elsewhere. The people who does not care in it is in lack of civic sense.

You must bring the matter to the notice of your office head & with his permission one notice on the paper be pasted near the toilet to keep it clean after its use.If not who is found guilty, will be punished with a fine of Rs.100/.

Hope the above steps will avoid the problem.

    Thanks.

    Ashok..

Although this is not a very big issue but you should solve this inorder to carry on with your work smoothly. You should approach your colleague in a friendly manner to solve this problem otherwise there can be some opposite consequences like strain in your relationship and working, etc. You should be able to openly convey your problems to him.

-Sit for a friendly talk in the office during breaks or outside.
    -Speak about his toilet activities.
-Express your problems because of it.
-Also highlight about problems of other employees who are getting disturbed from inside but unable to express.
-Tell him about the necessity to rectify this habit for the betterment of all.
-Request him to solve this problem.
-Give some suggestions as to how he can improve.
-For example, using flush or plenty of water can help to get rid of this problem.
