Change of my bossís behaviour towards me

My boss has completely changed his behaviour towards me. I think it is because of some miscommunication by one of my colleagues. Though my boss hasnít directly talked to me about it but I know that this is the reason. What should I do? Should I talk to my boss directly?

Yes,you should directly talk with your boss in order to solve this problem of misconception. You should solve this as fast as possible because this might turn into a big problem in future. This can have various negative effects like :-
-Spoiling the relationship between you and boss.
-Create a bad impression of yours in his mind which might just increase its size in future.
-It can be a cause to many other problems in the future.
-It might bring down your reputation.
-It can affect your career as well.

So you must solve this matter quickly. You should discuss this matter in detail with your boss.
-Get to know about the real matter behind this.
-Clear the misconception by giving suitable justification and proofs if required.
    -Explain him your viewpoint.
-You should be polite and humble while talking.
-Assure him of not repeating any mistakes if committed by you.
-Request him to clear in the early stage if any misconception arises in the future.
-Try to regain his complete trust by working hard for the benefit of the company.

    Hi friend

You should certainly clear this doubt in your boss's mind regarding your behaviour otherwise it will not be good for reputation. In today's times as you know that maintaining good relations with your boss is the most important thing if you want to succeed in your career. Also you should concentrate on your work but other than that you should remain in the good books of your boss if you want to get good professional growth in the company. I hope you understand my point friend.

You should immediately go to your boss's cabin and tell him what is in your mind. Tell him that you think that he has changed his behaviour towards you and you are missing your old boss. Tell him that you think for this is a miscommunication from one of your colleagues and its certainly not your fault as you have always been faithful to him. Tell him you really admire him a lot and thus look upto him as your icon. But his recent behaviour has demoralized you and your heart is not in your work now and thus your performance is also on the decline. Tell him to please clear whatever misconception he has about you and thus to forgive you for anything wrong you have done.

I am sure your boss will melt at these words of yours and will turn over a new leaf from then onwards.

    Good luck and Thanks

    =====================================

    Hi,

See,the Boss of the company holds the most important position.
Sometimes such things do happen due to miscommunication.
But the most important that matters is that you should rectify it as soon as possible before the damage is done.

I will suggest you to go to your Boss and meet him alone.
Discuss this issue with him and tell him the whole story.
Tell him that all this was a result of miscommunication.
Apologize to him and assure him that you'll try to prevent such miscommunications from taking place in the future.
I am sure that the Boss will understand the situation and will forgive you.

And from the next time make sure that you are clear in what you want to convey!

    Bye!
