Casual leave approved and later rejected due to assistantís managerís sudden official trip

I am a team leader at a BPO firm. I had applied for casual leave and has also got it approved. My leave has got rejected in the last hour as the assistant manager is off for a official tour. We have been provided with 10 casual leaves but my application for two day casual leave has been rejected. Please suggest a way out to solve the problem.

    hello sir
You are in trouble absolutely but you cant do much more because your senior assistant has gone a official trip not on casual leave.
If you go to leave without informing your boss will effect to your job or you can loose the same.
You should manage the need of leaves by taking some personal decision.
You are a team leader so it is your responsibility to maintain a regularity in working without any irritation.
If taking leave is very important then visit to your boss and explain all emergency need for this.
I hope understanding your need to same will be granted.
But it is a chance not sure.
You should take decision that taking leave is important or the continue of job.
    be positive
    thanks

    Dear friend

Casual leave once approved, should not be rejected but some exceptional cases only it may be cancelled which depends upon urgency/emergency and importance of such person who has to handle the works in the absence of boss/ superior. So you could understand the situation in your company and adjust the circumstances and stay back for this time.Making arguments in this particular aspect may leads to misunderstanding and negatively reflects your career. These are all common things in any organization and we have to adjust most of the times to get good reputation.Regards
