I have joined this company recently. I had PF deduction in my previous company but because of management torcher I had to leave it without any notice. I doubt whether I will get my previous PF. I worked there for almost 2 months. I donít want PF deduction to be happened from my current salary. Can we refuse to deduct that from our salary in this company? Is there any policy like that?

EXCEPT FRESHERS' ALL PERMANENT EMPLOYEE IS LIABLE TO DEDUCT THEIR SALARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDENT FUND.SO THERE IS NO QUESTION OF DENIAL OF DEDUCTION PF FROM SALARY,

PF THAT MEANS CPF EMPLOYEES INTEREST LIES THERE BECAUSE COMPANIES FOLLOE CPF UNDER THIS SCHEME WHATEVER AMOUNT DEPOSITS EMPLOYEE FROM HIS SALARY ie 10% OR 12% SIMILAR AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY THE COMPANY IN ADDITION OF SALARY SO IT IS MANDATORY ALL EMPLOYEE ARE TO KEEP PF OK.

    THANK YOU,

    DEAR FRIEND ,

IF THERE IS DEDUCTION IN PF FROM YOUR SALARY ITS GOOD FOR YOU. YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEDUCT THE PF ,SEE YOUR COMPANY RULES AND POLICIES.

PF is a long term investment and it is meant to give you a sizable lump-sum amount at the time of your retirement. Thus, you get your PF money back at the time of your retirement.

Each month, a certain percentage of your salary (usually, a percentage of your Basic Pay) is invested in it. This percentage varies from company to company, and is usually between 8% and 12%. (12% is the norm).

It is directly deposited in Provident Fund(PF) account and paid to employee when he retires or resigns.

PF is a compulsory investment for all salaried people.

    Thank you...............

Hello,You must check the rule and regulations of your company. The pf deduction if you do not want then it is up to the company you are working in.If the company has this policy to give you pf then it is ok.You must talk to the manager of your company.Tell him that you want pf deducted from your salary.Ask him whether if it is possible or not.And if possible what is the procedure.Generally the companies which deduct pf do not have this policy of giving pf with the monthly salary.Yet you can talk about it to your manager. All the best

Respected sir we are really sorry to say that no employee can go against the policy of the company because private companies make their own rules and regulations to the working management and each employee is abide of the rules of the company and if anyone think that this can not be done by the company so you are wrong about that because private companies create compulsion to the employees that they do not take any action against the rule of the company so you should make it sure that there is no such policy that you will refuse to deduct PF from your salary

Government employees also can not do this because rules by the government and all are abide to follow rules but government gives some discount in income tax and PF deduction for those candidates who belongs to - PWD - Person with disability and Physically handicapped but you are not under the government job so you can not refuse the rules of the company and you will have to pay PF deduction every month from your salary and that is for about 10% of the salary so keep it going and when you will get retired then you will get your PF back so that is yours and you should be free from worries and provide your best to the company

    All the best

    Dear friend,

I undestand your concern , but this is something not going to happen for you again and again. You are scared as you left the old company and hence you cant claim the PF that was your money.

Now if you again stand in such situation, it means that you are lacking at some point not the companies management as no company is sitting there to torture you if they have hired you. If you work sincerely, you will never fall in such situation.

Moreover, let me explain you the benefits of the pF -

    - its a long term investment
    - it helps you save tax

    - it helps you keep saving in time of need.

After knowing the above adavantages, you still want to dont have PF deducted, you can talk to your office management for the same.Although as per polices, it is mandatory .

    Thanks

    Hello
If you are the permanent employee then it is liable to deduct your salary for the purpose of provident fund. In that case you cant deny of deduction in PF from your salary.
PF is merely a type of investment while you are in period of job and you get a good amount at the end of your retirement.
Every month a certain amount of money is deducted by the company from your basic pay of your salary which varies between 8% to 12% from company to company.
Finally at the end of your job period you will get those money along with the interest.
    Thank You!!

Friend PF(profit & Fund) is the future asset which can not be ignored. So that you can not refuse to deduct PF from the salary. After the retirement this is the fund
which assist employees to survive without anxiety. The PF is kept under the EPF norms where interests are paid to keep the fund update value. There is no need to pay Tax on the PF amount.Today PVT as well as govt both concern deduct fund for this purpose no employee can not give any obstruction no to deduct from his salary because it is mandatory, employees have to obey this rule.
