    Can we get appointment letter separately when salary is increased?

    Is this possible that if our salary is increased we can get another appointment letter for the same mentioning the hike in salary? Does it make any difference or not? What if an employer denies providing the same when asked? Please specify the norms.

    actually there is no use for it. If you get a raise then its good for you but you don't have to obtain a new appointment letter for that.
    Its just your salary which has changed but your job remains the same and the company too is the same.
    Appointment letter is for new appointments only and not for raise in salary or promotion to higher position of already employed employees.
    so don't let it bother you just concentrate on your job.

    Yes. When there is a salary increment, you will be given a letter in which the amount is mentioned whatever increased.

    In official terms, it is called as revised salary.

    Even you can get letter when there is bonus.

    If client sponsors extra bonus, for that also letters will be given to employees.

    But these should be very confidential among the employees.

    definitely there will be intimation regarding your salary.

    don't worry about that.

    the intimation will be in printed format or sometimes its only a soft copy

    but maximum cases they use the hard copy

    Yes. It is.

    You will be given appointment letter separately when the salary is increased.

    In that letter,

    your previous salary will be mentioned.

    In addition to that, your revised salary will also be mentioned.

    If you did not complete 1 academic year, your performance will be prorotarized and salary hyke will be given accordingly.

    If it is MNC, you have to keep all these things very confidentially.

    Dear Aspirant,

    The appointment letter to a candidate is given only once in an organisation.

    If you get promotion or hike in salary,you will be getting a letter or office order in this regard.

    The letter will contain in details about your present salary and future salary with effective date.

    You will be able to know whether you will be getting some arrear amount or not.

    During service period,the employees are served with memo,transfer order,promotion letter,leave sanction

    letter,etc. but not the appointment letter in the same organisation.

    @ they will provide the new Appointment letter for Salary hike

    @ that letter will send to you as a Mail

    @ and they also provide the hard copy also
