Can variations be made if amalgamation or overtaking is done?

If a company is amalgamated or has overtaken an existing company, then will the employees working in it be changed or they can work there still? And please guide me that if such thing happens, then fluctuations in salaries are also possible or remains the same?

Dear friend the answer to your question is may be yes or no.

It depends on the company which has overtaken the existing company.

But normally a company may not do it as changing employee demands time and money.

this encourages costlier recutrement process and since previous employee were set with the job they will not require any training

Considering above points the company will retain the existing employee.

But it may end services of some employee as well according its discremination.

Hope you get safe from it..........
