    Can I take bulk casual leaves working in Multinational Company?

    I work with an Multinational Company and entitled for 15 Casual leave annually. Is it possible that I take take holidays in bulk and go for a vacation or not?

    That is based on the companies policies.
    Some company policy states that you can take 3 casual leaves(one Quarter leave) together other state as 15 days together.
    Ask the HR about this issue or read the company policy on leave.

    • Manage the Work Burden as you gonna apply bulk leave,



    • Ensure it will not come under Loss Of Pay.

    Actually it not possible to take bust Casual leaves at a time.

    Generally you can take up to 3 - 5days casual leaves. Without any reason you cannot take more than 5 days casual days. Otherwise you will loose your payment .

    If you have any health problems then you can take otherwise it is not possible .

    And once read your company policies . Based on company rules they will sanction casual leaves.

    To take casual leave more than 3 days you have to take the permission from your manager or Boss. If you take leaves Without any notification you will loose payment for those days.

    you can take bulk casual leaves at a time while working in a multi-national company.

    Mostly,there is the allowance of casual leaves upto 3-5 days.Without giving reason you can not more than 5 days casual leave.Otherwise,you can lose your payment.

    Your work should not be pending.

    Know your companies policies well.

    Consult with your companies HR or the other senior officer about this issue.

    Hi guest, It's wholly depends on the company policy. Some company divides the leaves in quarter wise/monthly wise or some company allow the leaves together . So you must Contact HR of your company. Before going for leave you must take the permission of responsible authority, No work must be pending, leaves should not come under the loss of pay and calculate the days accordingly. You must inform your team prior and manage your work accordingly. Thanx

    As you are working in MNC, so it's completely dependent on the leave policy of that company. However in most of the companies you cannot club more then 3 casual leaves together in a month. You can club your casual leaves with your week-offs as per company policy. You can also club you wee-koff with earned leaves(if you have). Moreover you cannot carry your Casual leaves to next year, you have to use them in same year. You can club leaves as follow:-

    CL + WEEK-OFFS + EL (Right method)

    EL + WEEK-OFFS + CL (Right method)

    EL + CL (Wrong method)

    In most of the companies, you cannot club your CL with EL. For more information, I suggest you to please talk to HR manager regarding leave policy, he/she will surely help you out.

    Ya you can.
    To take casual leave more than 3 days you have to take the permission from your manager or Boss.
    If you take leaves Without any notification you will loose payment for those days.
    Its your wish how to utilize the leaves.
    If need a break, take all and enjoy.

    **In working mnc there is a lot of expectation from an employee.
    **Mostly 3 leaves are provided to an employee in case of without any prior notice.
    **if You do this a regular interval then you will lose your payment either a job.
    **you should contact to HR before go to this way.
    **you can take a receponce from your senior.
    **20 days leaves are mostly a callender year.

    Yes you can take all the leaves at a time but you also have to give specific valid reasons for this which i suppose wont be a problem for you.

    Do talk to your manager before you leave and take his approval which helps a lot.

    If you have good relationship with your manager then i dont think you have to lie about your plans for talking a vacation.

    But plan it in such a way that you use your holidays wisely else you will end up with no leaves when you fall ill and unable to attend the office.

    after that you may have your salary deducted on the basis of per day.

    I dont know what your company policies are but i think this is allowed.

    It good to have a break sometimes so enjoy to the fullest

    Hi. I think taking all the casual leaves in one go depends upon the company's policies whether they allow you to take all the leaves in one go or not. You should contact your company policies for more clarity.

    If you are allowed see to it that it doesnt affect the company's work in any way as it will have a bad impression on you. So complete your work before leaving. Also inform the company about taking bulk leaves well in advance.

    Hi,

    If you have a balance of 15 days leaves as casual leaves in your account and you want to take all at a time then surely you have to talk to your manager and provide him a genuine reason for the same. Actually before that you have also check the leave policy of your company or ask the same to HR. In most of the companies employee can take 3-5 continuous casual leaves not more than that. If really you need it, and its an emergency then you can discuss the same with your manager and if your reason will be strong then your manager will allow you to go on long casual leaves. But make sure that before going you apply all the leaves on the portal and it get approved by you manager, because might be in case leaves do not get approved, then you will go on LWP.(will not get the salary).

    Hi..Ya you can certainly take bulk leaves and go for a vacation..But firstly you have to take care of certain things..Firstly check your company's policies properly and see that if you are allowed to take all the leaves in one go..If your company allows it then you can certainly avail it..

    Then you try to ascertain from your employees that if your company's manager likes his employees taking bulk leaves or not and if he does then i dont think there's much problem..

    And after that see to it that your work is completed and whether you are not amidst any important project or not..

    Do look into all these matters first and then only take your decision based on that..

    Hello Friend !!

    If you are working in a MNC, then you are not supposed to take many casual leaves.

    Firstly you are not permitted for doing so.

    And next, your performance level will be degraded if you do such things.

    One thing you can do is,

    Usually, you can take 2 sick leaves in a month.

    If you have not used these leaves, then these leaves are forwarded to next month.

    In the same way, the number of leaves will be increased if you do not use those leaves.

    Then on the whole, you can take a bulk leave.

    This is the good way to take a bulk leave.

    Many of the employees in MNC's will follow the same scenario.

    Dear Friend Yes you can do so and get the casual leaves in the bulk.. This can happen only when there is no important project in which you are included so that there is no work load and you are sitting idle.. Then you can take the leaves in the bulk..as the company will not be affected by your absence.. That's all for this you have to give application to your HR and he will decide that you will sanctioned the leaves or not.. ALL THE BEST

    There are constant number of leaves in every MNC's according to their leave policies.U can take that much of leaves within a year . And the number leaves at a time is depends upon the approval of the immediate manager or senior manager .
    you cannot take a long leave unless it is a medical case .

    These 15 days are yours and you can take these leaves as you wish may be in bulk or single single day.but the thing to notice is these leaves are not provided at once it gets added to your account after every month gradually ,so at any time you wont have complete 15 days with you to take.however whatever leave available you can take those in bulk.
    apart from this this also depends on business requirement if you are a valuable resource for the company and you are handling a part of work completely then the manager may not grant you the bulk leaves ,because in your absent no one will be there to handle that particular work.so consult with your manager he will approve you leave if there is no issue.

    Yes. you can avail all your leaves in any organization.

    There will not be any deductions in the salary for the leaves you availed.

    If you want to take bulk leaves at a time, then get it approved from your team lead or manager.

    Let the team members to share your tasks in those days.

    Plan your leaves in such a way that it will not effect the company business just because of you and at the same time you can manage your commitments.

    Plan leaves in such a way that you will get more holidays and weekends in the chosen period.
