8 months is a long time for patiently waiting. quite often a name slips through the endless employee lists and due to some human error the mail never reaches. a polite e-mail to the HR regarding the status of the job is probably a good course of action. however, due to the bad market situation it is possible that the firm is not hiring new recruits. either way, the air will get cleared regarding this matter.

    Hi,

Of course ! you can go ahead with this plan of mailing the HR or making a call to the Helpdesk to gather details of your job status . Call for may take more than a year or sometimes 6 months . All this depends on the company requirements and ecomomic market growth and rating . Look out for your company information about the economic growth , recruitment details . Gather necessary statisticas about the company and note down and mention in the mail if you find the company is going good . Ask for your call for status . Before that ensure with other members who got selected along with you for the same job about the call for details . If you are the only one left out , then it may be due to communication failure or some other reasons .. If none has got the call for then it may be due to company requirements are less . Talk to the HR politely and gather the details

    Thanks @@@@

Re: Can I mail the HR if I didnít get my Call letter? Is that right to do?

    Hi friend,

Its been too long that you haven't mailed the HR of the company that you have attended the interview.

You would have mailed the HR if you have not got your call letter after 2-3 months.

After the interview the HR would have told you about the requirement and when will he be calling you to join the company if there is no requirement right now.

There would be no problem if you mail the HR.

Make sure that write the letter in requesting manner in order to get reply from him.

Ask other persons who have attended interview along with you, whether they have got the call letters or not.

First confirm between your friends whether the people who got selected have got the call letter or not.

    After that mail the HR.

And also look into the company website whether there is requirement for the candidates or not.

while addressing the mail mention the details of yours i.e, your registration number, mail id, address.

Definitely you will get reply from the HR.

    all the best

    thanking ;you

()_() Yes,you can send a mail to HR regarding this ()_()

()_() It is also advisable to do so since you met 8 months ()_()

()_() Most of the companies met recession right now, this is the reason behind the delay of offer letter ()_()

()_() If you didn't know the HR's mail Id then contact the company's help desk to check the status ()_()

()_() You can also contact and check the venue where you attended interview ()_()

()_() Request them to give a confirmation letter at least if it takes time to issue offer letter ()_()

Yes why not you can do email to the company about to know your selection and call letter and you will get call letter from company etc.you must not hesitate you are going to be one of the company within the year so you can also ask to your h.r. About call letter and by this time you can get also information from your batch whether one of them got call letter.

However you will get answer from your selected company very soon .

    Dear Aspirant,

Of course It is nothing wrong in doing what you want to do.

But before sending the mail, enquire of your colleagues who have also been selected along with you, have got their call letter or not.

If not wait some more time because some times company takes more than 1 year time to send the call letter since the time of selection.

If you have got another chance in the next company to join & this company is of low standard than the previous one, then it would be better to send mail to the previous company, enquiring of the call letter.

Otherwise I don't think there is any use of sending the mail.

Better be on preparation to do better in getting job in the another company/organisation/govt.etc.

    Thanks & good luck.

Hi. I think you should certainly mail the HR and tell him that you didnt get your call letter and asking the reason for the same. It has already been too long a wait. You should have intervened earlier and mailed the HR or talked to some company official directly.

Now to clarify the situation you should certainly mail the HR as soon as possible. It is not going to create any problem as already you have to face so much problem . Maybe your letter got stuck or something similar happened.

    Best of luck. Thanks

Dear, asker for long time you have waited for your call letter. it is the time for inquiry.if you are in the mode of dropping the mail directly to the hr.manager then you can proceed but for that you have to be make clear that you have been selected or not at the time of interveiw. So, dear after if you will not receive the reply for one months then you can directly proceed to the organisation and make clear. Good luck

Re: Can I mail the HR if I didnít get my Call letter? Is that right to do?

Of course you'll move with this set up of mailing the 60 minutes or creating a decision to the assistance table to assemble details of your job standing . involve could take quite a year or typically six months . All this relies on the corporate necessities and economic market growth and rating . Look out for your company info concerning the economic process , accomplishment details . Gather necessary statistics concerning the corporate and compose and mention within the mail if you discover the corporate goes smart . enkindle your involve standing . Before that guarantee with different members WHO got hand-picked at the side of you for an equivalent job concerning the decision for details . If you're the sole one neglected , then it's going to ensue to communication failure or another reasons .. If none has the decision for then it's going to ensue to company necessities are less . confer with the 60 minutes in a well mannered way and gather the main points.

Its been too long that you simply haven't mail-clad the 60 minutes of the corporate that you simply have attended the interview.

you'd have mail-clad the 60 minutes if you have got not got your decision letter once 2-3 months.

once the interview the 60 minutes would have told you concerning demand and once can he be business you to affix the corporate if there's no requirement immediately.

There would be no downside if you mail the 60 minutes.
check that that write the letter in requesting manner so as to urge reply from him.
raise different persons WHO have attended interview at the side of you, whether or not they have gotten the decision letters or not.
1st ensure between your friends whether or not the those who got hand-picked have gotten the decision letter or not.

it's nothing wrong in doing what you wish to try and do.

however before causing the mail, enquire of your colleagues WHO have conjointly been hand-picked at the side of you, have got their decision letter or not.

If not wait some longer as a result of some times company takes quite one year time to send the decision letter since the time of choice.

If you have got got another probability within the next company to affix & this company is of low commonplace than the previous one, then it'd be higher to send mail to the previous company, inquiring of the decision letter.

    Hello,

If you have not got your joining letter then you should mail your HR mentioning your worry regarding the joining letter.

As itss been 8 month you can do that as it is not a less time.

You can enquire about the reason for the delay.

But make sure that you keep the mail short and specific.

    Be polite and formal .

    Thank you

A Period of eight months is very long so you can contact the HR of your company and enquiry the same. The reason for not getting the call letter is many such as companies are going through recession period, not having the adequate projects or new project. You may be in the waiting list as soon as the vacancy arise they may call you. You must contact the HR through mail. Providing all the details of your's and your interview with stating your query, ask him the reason for the delay and request him to provide the call letter as soon as possible. In the mean time you must also attend the Interview at other companies, if you get some good opportunity grab it and work there.

    Hi,

Asking for the call letter is not at all awrong thing.

    This is your right.

You have already waited for a long time.

You must speak to your HR regarding the matter and ask for it soon.

If they avoid you in this, then you should immediately start looking for a change.

As new company will ask for your last call letter or experience letter.

At that time you will face problem.

So don't waste more time and ask for the letter.

Hi..I certainly think you should mail the HR regarding this matter of not receiving the call letter..It has already been 8 months since your interview which is very long indeed and you certainly must take some proper step in this direction as soon as possible otherwise you are in the danger of losing your job..

So you write a mail to your HR asking about the delay telling him you havent received your call letter yet..Write a formal mail and speak politely in the mail and i am sure he will answer your query..

I dont think there's any problem in doing so but if you dont then first you call your company office and ask from them regarding the same..If they dont reply then you write a mail to your HR..

But do take some action soon..Good luck.thanks

Re: Can I mail the HR if I didnít get my Call letter? Is that right to do?

    Hello Friend !!

I would suggest you to wait for a month after the given date for Call Letter is expired.

Once it is done, better to go to the Company for verifying that your Joining is there in their Records or not.

And also you will see the company before you getting into it.

When you keep a Mail to HR, you may not get a Response from him/she because there might be Many Mails in his/her Inbox and they can't reply to all of them.

And if you don't get a Response Mail, then you will get a thought of going the Company and inquiring about your Profile.

So instead of doing this later, I suggest you to go to company directly without sending any mails to HR or any other respective person.

If you have decided to go to Company then carry along :

ID Proof with your Photo on it.

    Any Merit Certificate.

Acknowledgement from that Company if any.

All these are essential to get into any of the MNC.

In either case i.e If you decided to send a Mail then :

Mail should carry Greetings to HR.

Reason for the Mail i.e Subject.

Make him to know how much you are waiting for Joining.

Everything must in a Pleasing manner.

Don't be rude by saying " Why I dint get my Call Letter? Why don't you feel Responsibility? " ect.,

All these may lead to the Rejection of your application.

    Good Luck !!

Re: Can I mail the HR if I didnít get my Call letter? Is that right to do?

    Dear..

If you are selected for a job and you did not get a response for last 8 months then it clearly says that either the job is given to somebody else or you are in a waiting list of the company and once they find a suitable position for you they will call you for the job.

Yes you can email them and ask for the exact position and also ask for the reason and possible date of joining. I would prefer you to call the HR as it will give you a quick response and you will get to know why the job is being delayed.

    Hope it will help

    Cheers...!!!!

    Hi friend,
Congratulation for your success. Yes it is common situation for all the freshers. Most of the companies hire large number of freshers than actual requirement. Because by hiring freshers they can get their work with less cost.
They will call based on college wise or based on candidates performance. There is no wrong in it to draft a mail to HR requesting normally when will you can expect call letter.
Otherwise you can call to companies help desk and inquire they will help you.

    Regards,
    BSR.

Re: Can I mail the HR if I didnít get my Call letter? Is that right to do?

No, this is not right to mail the HR if you didnít receive the call letter. You should wait for the some days or wait till time given by the company to you. When the time will come near sure they will call you. The other reason of not receiving the call letter is that you are not selected for the job in that case they will not send you the call letter. The another reason can be that the letter is on the way and due to your postman mistake you are not getting so keeping all these things in mind you should try to take the action. But according to me also wait for one week and then try to contact the HR.

    Hello Friend ,
this is common in current market condition every company delaying to dispatch offer letter after your selection.yes you can enquire the status of your offer letter from the HR but before doing that wait for some time and cross check whether any of your college friends have got or not.
if all are waiting then you should wait for some time ,apart from this you can ask your college placement cell to have word with the HR before you talk to him they will get you the answer .
else if its too late then you can put an mail directly to the HR .but you need to mention all details like your applicant iD,
    date of selection,
    subject,region,college..etc
wait for their reply dont put continuous mail.
if still you dont get thye reply in few days call to the HR and you can ask him ,but talk politely dont show your frustration there.
    Thank You.

Re: Can I mail the HR if I didnít get my Call letter? Is that right to do?

Dear candidate you have the right to write HR manager who keep the information about the company's recruitment position. If it is too late then naturally you will feel tension when it will arrive at your door.So if you have the phone no or e-mail you should communicate about you call letter.More over you are to ascertain whether they have issued/despatched or likely to depatch or for unavoidable ground they have canclled the recruitment processes, totally you are to know the position exactly. If you have the other opportunities at your hand then you can apply for jobs. You have no time to waste, who will give you the compensation?

So,it is quite natural informing all you can do mail to know the position of your selection and call letter. So,it has the urgency, you can do email and it is right for a qualified employee.

    Thank you,

As, it being a long time in your call letter delayed, you have the full right to inquire about the related information about your call letter. I recommend you to please contact HR manager by physically visiting or contacting through mail and inquire about your call letter.. There is no problem in doing so, because as you told, its almost 8 month passed after your selection. You can also carry any proof with you, if you have received any at the time of your selection.

Yes. You have the every right to ask like that.

    You attended for the recruitment.

You have gone through all the rounds and you were informed that you would get a call letter.

It is the responsibility of the HR to forward you the call letter.

But he has not done that.

    And its been 8 months.

So mail him again asking the explanation why he has not forwarded you the call letter.

Better make a call if you have the contact number.
