    Dear Aspirant,

It is very sad news to hear. However,we can not do any thing much as related to birth & death as these are directly in the control of mighty GOD.

There is a provision of giving job to the legal heir on compensation basis. The legal heir is husband for wife & vice-versa.It means the job on compensation basis can be given to wife for husband & to husband for wife.In case of absence of the first legal heir, the next legal heir is son. Here the first legal heir i.e your mother is also a govt.employee.So it seems not possible to get job on compensation basis, since there is already a earning member in the family. However, for your satisfaction, you can contact the head clerk of the concerned office & you can proceed further. If you contact a lawyer,he/she may sue the matter which may not be for any use.

    Thanks & good luck.

    sir,
you took a very long time after your father death for applying to your father's job.If you want the job you have to submit the death certificate of your father and all the certificates of your father related to company and should keep the legal heir certificate in the company then the government will take necessary action and will give your job to one of the family member. But it took a long time.so,there is no scope for you, for getting job.For more information consult the PF office.
    all the best
    thank you

    Hello Aspirant,

As per my knowledge, job on the compensation basis is given to the legal heir. The first legal heir is husband for wife & wife for husband. Here your mother who is already a govt.employee,is the legal heir of your late father. In this connection,Your brother is not entitle for job in place of late father. An amount of family pension is to be sanctioned to your mother.

So you should try to get the family pension through your mother & it would be mere waste of time, energy, money etc to sue the matter in court.

So try for which you are entitle.

    Good luck
